One of the best spots in Gettysburg!! Has a great variety of food that makes you feel like you’re eating at a 5* cafe! The atmosphere feels like a hug from a best friend with cosy seating, bright windows and music to warm your heart… and not to forget the sweet staff! If you’re coming to visit Gettysburg, this should be a must on your stops!

Loved it! Owners were super friendly. Couldn’t decide between the corned beef hash (made on site) or the biscuits and gravy. Owner suggested get the corned beef and a side of gravy. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

I live in Gettysburg and every time I drove by this spot for the past year I kept telling myself to go there. Finally I stopped by and ohh BOY! I don’t even drink lemonade and I’m now addicted!! Everything was perfect in every way!

Best part about this place was the lady serving us. Such a big heart and kept my coffee hot! Food was solid, dun little breakfast diner to land in.

Eating breakfast here set our day up to be absolutely fantastic! The ambiance of the cafe is so welcoming and the staff are so kind! Our waitress was funny, attentive, and sweet and her great service made our experience very enjoyable. The food was also great! Everyone in our party loved their meals, that included omelets, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, and French toast. I really can’t recommend this restaurant enough, it’s definitely worth a try if you’re in the Gettysburg area!

This used to be Ernie’s Texas Lunch restaurant. The owner wanted to retire and sold it. I love the fact that the new owners kept the Texas Style Dogs on the menu. I was surprised to see the waitress who worked at Ernie’s there as well which was great. Nice to see their smiling faces there as it brought back old memories.
Enough or reminiscing, the new place is great. New setup and menu, but still that welcoming atmosphere. We got there for a late breakfast on a Saturday. We did have a 10-15 minute wait so they texted us when it was easy.
I got the Pork Sausage Gravy and my wife got the ole Fashion French Toast, but added Honey Bee Bacon. Of course coffee and OJ to round out the meal. They came around with the coffee pot, so you were never emptied.
Waitress was great and kept checking if we needed anything. We decided to get some muffins for breakfast the next day. Even a day later, they still tasted fresh.
If in Downtown Gettysburg, this is worth a stop for a delicious meal.

We enjoyed our breakfast at Honey Bee! The Country Skillet was good and filling, but it could have used a bit more seasoning to really bring out the flavors—it had great potential to be a 5-star dish. The Nutella Banana Pancakes were a hit with our daughter, and our other daughter she gave the bacon two thumbs up. Overall, a solid experience with good food and a warm atmosphere. We’d definitely return!

We absolutely loved our lunchtime visit to Honey Bee Restaurant! The food was fantastic. The chicken Cobb salad was huge, the chicken was cooked and seasoned well. The hot dogs were delicious and the meat sauce was so flavorful! The interior is reminiscent of an old lunch counter or diner and the service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend stopping here for breakfast or lunch when in town!

So went to get an avocado bagel. It looked pretty good and sounds good. However when I took a bite in it had no flavor. Mind you this is just a mashed avocado with two bagels toasted, and all seasoning bagel stuff sprinkled. Although it came with a side of lettuce, onions, and tomatoes- not so good as I thought. It needed more seasoning done to it than just “all seasoning bagel.” I added salt hoping to bring out the flavor. It helped a little. Anyways was very disappointed. I also ordered fries however my waiter didn’t hear me. So after dropping off my sandwich that costs $16- I had to tell em again to get me fries. In the end spent around $40. Was not worth it. For food like this and not fresh it isn’t fair for me to eat like this. Also this was early morning and the music was so loud I couldn’t eat calmly in peace.
