Literally amazing! It was the perfect spot to go for a birthday :> very filling and you can relive this experience easily with left overs! GIL was extremely friendly and patient with me and my friends who weren’t familiar with the menu!

I was invited here by a friend who grew up in Asian country. Hanging out for a second before they got there. I thought it looked great! Clean very decorated well. Smells awesome. And generally, the ordering process was good although the counter service wasn’t terribly helpful. I waited a little bit for a refill on the barbecue beef because that was a featured item. And that’s where I felt like things went a little south. The meat had a decent flavor, but was very grisly; strung together by a long thick tendon. Made it impossible to really enjoy because it was very chewy. Otherwise, the noodles and vegetables and sauces were flavorful. I got sauce on the side, which I felt they gave me very little.
My first impression was that this was gonna be great! But afterwards, I thought it was good at best. I’ll have to try it again and see if that’s a consistent experience.

Really good food! Been wanting to post and the allure of a free drink to write one made it happen! First of all, the restaurant and area is clean. I like the menu and freedom to choose your base/hot/cold toppings with protein. I believe you can choose 3 of the hot and cold. The menu is fairly new, I admit I liked the old one better with the bean sprouts. But still love the spicy chicken!

Super clean location with incredibly polite and helpful staff. They offered me samples of anything, and it really helped me get an order I was confident I’d like! This miso-glazed salmon is phenomenal. I’m coming back for it! (also the lemon turmeric rice, curry chickpeas and pickled red onions! SO YUM)

I came into Bibibop about 20 minutes before they closed, and I was honestly expecting the usual last-minute service — you know, where everything’s already put away, they’re out of half the ingredients, and the staff is ready to go home. But that was not my experience here.
Isabel helped me, and she was incredible. You’d never guess she’s only been there a few months — she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She even helped me set up my rewards account. Her energy was so positive, it felt like it was the start of the day, not the end. On top of that, the food was amazing — perfect if you’re trying to eat clean, stay in a calorie deficit, or hit your protein goals. I’ll definitely be back. Huge shoutout to Isabel for the top-tier service!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered a bowl earlier tonight, and unfortunately, the bag ripped and the whole bowl fell on the ground of my apartment staircase, which I don’t think anyone in their sane mind would still want to eat.
I went back, showed them the picture, and they replaced my bowl completely for free, were super kind and considerate, and absolutely made a really rough day a great deal better. This is the kindness from strangers that everyone wants to experience, so if you’re ever hoping for a good customer interaction and of course, some great food, this is the establishment for you. God bless, and thanks again, team 🙂

I love it! The food is SO GOOD, and they let you stuff your bowl with any combination for just $10.99 and they offer free miso soup and delicious drinks.
The staff are very nice, the atmosphere is awesome, their reward program is worth it. We definitely made this our new go to place! I love that they do 20% off on meatless Mondays as well. Vegan and vegetarian options.
