Definitely 3/5 …cool spot in the basement of Old Sac, plenty of room with outdoor patio also. Real small bar area takes a while to get a drink. Bathrooms are really nasty be prepared. Food is 4/5

Man, a little hidden gem in Old Sac. Definitely a dive bar with some sticky floors and weird lighting but dang if that burger wasn’t one of the best things I ever ate in Sacramento! Got the spicy guac burger with Negra Modelo. Highly recommend. Patty was cooked to perfection. Charred edges without the whole patty being burnt. Healthy portion of guac. Definitely did not skimp on burger portions. Sooo delicious. Fries were great too. The bartender taking orders was great too. Shoutout to the bearded guy in the Raiders hat. Wish I got his name but he was hustling like crazy but was on top of it. Awesome service! Overall definitely recommend this spot! It might be surrounded by touristy shops but this is a truly good spot!

Hey maybe the food could be slightly better but damn was it good for us after the concert we saw with little to no fuel! This place has an absolutely wonderful vibe and the bartender was insanely quick & kind. I really wish I could remember her name after a few weeks, I should have left the review sooner I’m so sorry about that but you have great staff please cherish them!!! Gin, no chaser!

I was recommended here by my hotel receptionist. Emily served me and she was just amazing! Loved the vibe there great throwback songs and Emily treated me great. The food was also top tier and the drinks SO GOOD!

If you’re thinking of going to old sac – I definitely recommend stopping by Honey and The Trapcat for an adult beverage. We were on a road trip with small dogs and this was an excellent spot. The outdoor patio is nice – with our two pups and two pints 🙂 We were only there for a drink but I would grab a bit next time.

We stopped here for dinner and drinks on Memorial Day and it was great. The indoor space has lots of booths and tables, and there is a great patio. They have a good draft list, interesting cocktails (which we did not try), and a food menu with several vegetarian options. We ordered the chili cheese fries (vegetarian), the BBQ breakfast burger, and the spicy veggie burger. Everything was very tasty, fresh, and filling. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcime.

this place was awesome , yesterday my company party was scheduled on the site and sip cruise for 75 employees . the boat had an error so that was cancelled . we were just standing around for quite some time .while management was trying to figure out what to do a few of us walked over to get some drinks while we wait . within minutes they were able to accommodate all 75 of us with no notice . they were really working hard with such a huge crowd out of nowhere they rocked it .good vibe, good food and friendly staff . thank you so much for your hard work . the innovage crew . we appreciate you

My wife and I were in town for training for the week. We went in twice. The first night for drinks. We sat at the bar. The bartender, Michael was awesome. He made very good drinks, talked to us the entire time we were there and made sure we were taken care of. The place is big and very clean. The place is very cool and has an awesome vibe. We enjoyed the first night so we decided to go back again. Josh, was our bartender. He was awesome. It was a bit busy but he was able to take care of things and kept people happy. We decided to eat and ordered the spicy guacamole burger….. OMG it was delicious. Both my wife and I commented that it was one of, if not the best burgers we’ve ever had. The place is not a fine dining and bright lights, big city experience. It’s a cool vibe, great drinks, hometown bar experience. If you don’t mind that, you’ll love the place. If that’s not for you move on. Also, if you plan to have drinks and food. Remember good food and drinks take time to make. Be patient….. It’s worth the wait. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend.

Food was served nice and hot, the burger buns were burned to a perfection. The asadero fries were great. The service was spot on. The bartender was courteous and quick. The kitchen crew went out of their way to make us some fresh pico de gallo…….these folks really have a great vibe with the entire place. Plenty of TV and games to watch with music……..

The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a bees knees and a June Bug, which was very refreshing. I ordered the Booth burger, and it did not disappoint! Burger was grilles perfectly, and the bun was toasted but still soft on top. There’s a pool table, and the music was a great mix. Can’t wait to go back!
