We ordered the chilli smash burger with smashed beef patties, jalapeños, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, shoestring fries & hot sauce with fries on the side. Everything worked really well together. The burger was genuinely melt-in-the-mouth good, and the fries were solid too. Overall, a very satisfying meal and definitely worth having again.

It was Ok. Had seen many positive reviews on this place so thought we’d give it a try. My wife is coeliac so plenty of gluten free options was a big bonus. Slightly cramped, but nice waiting staff. I had a smash burger – yuk. I’ve had better at burger king. Tough, salty and greasy. Halloumi fries were decent and glad I had the coleslaw. My wife had an honest burger and it was reasonable. The ideas there are good, maybe it was an off night, but certainly not worth the £50 odd we paid.

Stopped here for dinner on a Thursday evening, inside was full but we were lucky to get a table for 2. Service was good, mint lemonade was delicious. Food arrived quickly. I had the double stack smash burger and my partner had the vegetarian fritter burger, both were great. Fries were also very good, as were the onion rings that we got free when signing up to the app. Decent price for the quality of food, would definitely come again.

My company dines at the Borough branch every 6-8 weeks or so. Today we booked for a group of 51 at short notice – when we were expecting about 30! We sent in a pre-order. Service was quick and super efficient; food was fresh and tasty and my people left well-fed and happy. Can’t thank Jess and the team enough (esp. Grigorio) for all their help to make our massive group lunch a success and all within an hour!

A great spot right by the Tube Station! However the service on a Saturday night is pretty poor. Lack of staff which meant food wasn’t being turned around as quickly.

I visited the restaurant today (12.8.25) and made payment at 7:20 pm. I was seated at Table 12, order number 106, and served by a tall South Asian woman, possibly of Indian origin.
We ordered drinks, but due to an unexpected situation, we had to leave immediately and could not place any food orders. When I asked for the bill, she questioned whether we wanted any food. I said no, and then asked for the service charge to be removed. We paid separately, after which her attitude noticeably worsened. Instead of handing me the card reader, she abruptly dashed it onto the table, which was completely unnecessary and highly inappropriate.
It is important for staff to understand that the service charge is optional, and sometimes situations arise where customers must leave unexpectedly. There is also nothing wrong with a customer ordering only drinks.
When I requested the service charge to be removed, and to pay separately she responded with an attitude and a dismissive “what?” twice, despite clearly hearing me the first time. She needs to improve her customer service skills and treat all customers with respect.
She was not wearing a name badge, but based on the details I have provided, I am confident you can identify her on CCTV and my receipt.
Overall my experience would be rated a ZERO, I will not come back here again

Had a great meal here! Cousin and I sat outside so didn’t really get to feel out the atmosphere inside. I got the first veggie burger option but swopped out the patty for a beyond one. Served with the green salad, and it was all delicious! Burger could have had a bit more flavour, but overall tasty. My cousin got a bunless burger (pesto chicken) and she liked it. Great service, accommodating to our changes. Lovely to sit outside on a nice day. Great bathroom facilities, just boiling hot water!

Always happy with the double smash burger + bacon. The chips are superb also. The only let down was the large side of buffalo wings… They tasted good, but the wings were pretty small considering the price. I’ll stick to just the burger and chips next time.
