This place is filthy! 2 other customers in the restaurant and after we had ordered we found out there was no cook it was someone filling in and could handle 1 order at a time. Took 45 minutes to get 1 order fried pancakes and an hour to get 2 cheeseburgers. This place is convenient for us but every time we go we are extremely Unsatisfied. Hire efficient staff or temporarily close it until you do.

Worst experience ever! Asked for extras to be added to hashbrowns, they didn’t do so. They didn’t call me. I provided my number online and still no call. When I called to ask what happened the lady was rude and yelled at me, very confrontational and hung up on me when I was trying to explain that my English muffin was as hard as the wall. I can’t even eat it. My friend’s eggs were order Over medium, and they came over easy, nothing like white egg snot to start your morning off when you asked for it to be cooked. I called back, got a guy this time, guess what he was just as rude, telling me that he’s not going to deal with me. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE! GET A COOK WHO CAN COOK CORRECTLY! DO NOT YELL AT CUSTOMERS FOR YOU MESS UP!!!!!

This place is definitely in need of workers. The waiter kept forgetting to bring things out completely, no straws with juices, no silver when coffee was brought out. Inside, friendly environment with staff, however on the parameters there were was what looked like homeless and people on drugs I didn’t feel safe. The food taste overall was good.

We visited this Denny’s restaurant while traveling. The restaurant was busy with large parties but nonetheless our party of six was greeted and seated within two minutes of our arrival. Our server, Jeremy C., was excellent. He was very friendly and patient with our orders. Great customer service and definitely an asset to have. The food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, however it came exactly how everyone ordered it. Not sure if the delay was because they were pretty busy but overall a good experience.

Waitress on Tues July 18 2023 was worst service. Told that the manager could not cook. That because she didn’t want to serve me because I was one person. She did wait a family of 2 as adults n 2 kids n a newborn. She keep telling boss she one person. I had to wait about 15minute before she approach me. With excuse that manger doesn’t know how to cook. Really I wasn’t born yesterday. The worst excuse. I left the place to never return.

I spent 40 dollars on two meals and I left thinking I have my whole order to find out that they didn’t give me my wife’s cheesecake. And so I came back after calling and the clerk tried to charge me again. Then when I finally got back home and ate my meal and went to dessert i realized thatmy apple crisp was without crumble and when I called and informed the manager Nora she told me she couldn’t help me and maybe they threw it in the bowl wrong and she could not make another rite way. She needs to be fired her customer service is horrible.

Stopped in for dinner around 9:30 pm and the staff was still friendly as ever and happy to see you. It was fairly empty at that time so we were given our choice of seating. The menu has an ok variety of food all from breakfast through lunch and ending in dinner so it’s a great place to stop no matter what the time or craving you have, they have it here.
