I’ve been two different times now and the food and staff were amazing both times!!! So happy to have this in Culpeper!!! My kids got the hot dog and fries off the kids menu and I got the 1/4 chicken with white rice and fries…so yummy

Real flour tortillas! Really good food. Staff were friendly. We tried the papusa, tamales, lomo saltado, and quarter chicken. Recommend you give it a try.

Half the staff is friendly and the other half are a bit stuck up. The young gentleman was super nice seems new but the other girl was not genuine. We order 4 items, the lomo was decently good, the fries were under cooked on both the lomo and salchipapa, the sauce was good on the salchipapa my kids liked it and they normally don’t like the sauce. So kuddos. These were the items that came out first the last item that came out was the pollo alla brasa, which was the biggest disappointment, as a Peruvian and who has traveled and had Peruvian food in fusion restaurant where they mix two cuisines as you’ve done here it wasn’t so much the flavor more that the chicken was cold, when the staff was informed they spoke in Spanish and rolled their eyes. At this point we noticed they hold the chicken, in a warmer it doesn’t come straight out of the rotisserie/ or oven, who knows how long it was in warmer because it was cold and a half apology. This isn’t authentic and the proportion was tiny. What a shame was looking forward to some authentic food in town!

So happy that you have opened, and your food is amazing. My wife and I tried a variety today, and we highly recommend the chicken empenadas, pupusas and anything made with your chicken which is very tender and has a wonderful seasoning. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Recommend it!

.. popped in on a tuesday evening , the restaurant was humming with activity and good smells! we ordered lomo saltado, carne guisada w/rice beans, salad, tamales de pollo, flan.everything was hot, well seasoned, and the portions were good sized! the lomo was delish, the guisada was tender, the tamales were fluffy and full of chicken, the flan creamy and sweet…definitely worth a visit!

Very Happy this restaurant finally opened!! So far my experience here has been very pleasant. My family and I have enjoyed the Rotisserie chicken, fried yuca , rice and beans , Lomo saltado , flan ,tres leches and the Horchata so far. The sauce that comes with the chicken is excellent just the right amount of flavor and spice we always ask for extra which is an extra cost but is worth it. The Yuca is always crispy but soft in the center and not overly oily. The rice and beans mixture has been a hit for me personally and I have enjoyed ordering it multiple times. The staff here is very friendly and the wait time for the food has been appropriate. The only reason service was rated 4 out of 5 is because our drink orders have come out either really late or we have recieved ice in the beverage when we have asked for no ice .

I appreciate this establishment. I tried the chicken ala brasa and the breakfast, both of which were excellent. The music, featuring classic ballads, contributed to a family-friendly atmosphere. This will now be one of my favorite Latino restaurants in Culpeper, and I look forward to returning soon.
