Take out only pizza joint in a convenience store. Pizza is decent but expensive for the quality. Hours are great and location is easy to get to. You pay at the register in the store, not at the pizza counter.

They now charge $7 for delivery. The drivers told me they do not receive any of that charge. If the driver only gets my tip, why does the owner need another $7 to deliver? His costs don’t change at all. I’d order alot more if they didn’t charge that fee.

Sad to say we will no longer be purchasing from Hometown pizza. Placed a large order Around the holidays and when we got home With the order one of the pizzas was completely wrong. They offered to add a free pizza to our account for the next time we ordered. Call tonight to order a few pizzas and use our 1 free pizza that was on the account. They stated they had no notes on the account and told My husband he was not telling the truth and just trying to get a free pizza. If this happens to you, request a refund and don’t trust they will credit your account for a future pizza.

On 11-6-21 we ordered several pizzas. One of our speciality pizzas was not made properly. It was a taco pizza in which they forgot all the other ingredients besides cheese and refi beans. We called and the person apologized stating they had a new hire and would add a free pizza to our account. I called today to order two pizzas one being that free pizza. The person I spoke with basically said they do not show it on the account and refused to honor the previous promise despite knowing the exact dates, order, the fact they agreed a new person started back then, etc. The manager that was put on the phone was also unprofessional and unwilling to assist in resolving the situation. I do not mind the occasional mess up but not honoring your commitment when you do mess up is a big issue for me. I will not order or stop in the convinces store until they honor there commitment after having this error. I will also be contacting my credit card company to charge back charges from the 11:06 as I never received the correct pizza or replacement.
