I ordered an ice cream cake from Hometown and they 100% delivered! It was so delicious and really well done and cute. I ordered the cake for pickup on a day they were closed, but they were so incredibly kind and made arrangements for a pickup time that worked for me. I was so grateful they made it work for me! They gained a customer for life.

We’ve been coming to this spot since it was Blue Scoops and always loved it—but our recent visit to the newly reopened Hometown Creamery was just as delightful, if not more! The new owners have kept the charm alive while bringing their own warm, friendly energy to the place. They were so welcoming and genuinely excited to chat with customers, which made the experience feel extra special. And the ice cream? Still absolutely delicious! We’re so happy to have this little gem near our vacation house and will definitely keep coming back for more sweet treats. Highly recommend supporting this local favorite!

the staff was friendly and nice! but the ice cream was lacking flavor. we ordered several flavors. while the portion size was overly large, the flavor was just not there. my son described it as tasting “just frozen” but not much of anything else. a tad expensive, but you get a lot of ice cream. definite order the small size!

We tried Hometown Creamery for the first time last weekend and were absolutely blown away! The customer service was top-notch and so friendly, they even went out of their way to make a custom gluten-free ice cream cake for my sister…which was easily one of the best we’ve ever had! We can’t wait to come back!

Ice cream is so rich! They have some unique flavors. I was very happy they offered Dole Whip for some dairy free options. The place was adorable and the service was on point. I can’t recommend them enough.

Service was good, maybe there’s a concern for cross contamination of flavors/ingredients though. Noticed a lot of cartons of ice cream had remnants that fell off the scoop spoons into other ice cream flavors. I don’t have food allergies so it’s not something that’s on my mind for myself. Was nice that we could try different flavors though the ice creams aren’t labeled on the glass so you may need to keep asking the associate which flavors are which. Just okay ice cream, we’ll keep going to the usual ice cream spots like Island Creamery or PopCee’s.
