After a round of golf, we stopped by Ginger Teriyaki in Auburn and had a wonderful meal. We ordered the shrimp fried rice and chicken teriyaki, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The food came out hot, portions were generous, and the taste was excellent. Great spot for a satisfying and tasty meal — highly recommend!

Ordered the beef & chicken teriyaki combo…..portions were huge, hot & ready on time when I called ahead ….but the beef was full of fat, not a single piece was able to be chewed! It did taste fresh tho, the chicken tasted like the inside of a deep freezer that someone didn’t clean then left unplugged and topped with teriyaki sauce. The tempera prawns were excellent but can’t get me to come back.

Very clean establishment. Wonderful service and very interactive and you can tell they like providing a excellent dining atmosphere and service. Lunch specials are definitely worth every cent. I’ve had a few items on the menu and they don’t miss. I frequented another establishment but this one has stolen my business. The complimentary tea is also refreshing. I would take a lunch date here or even a family outing. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this place for a while, it was great. I’m not sure what happened, but the last 3-4 times have been really bad. Super dry chicken, and the beef tasted expired. I spat it out. They started putting rice on the bottom to make it look like more meat is there. The prices have also gone up. I paid $40 for two teriyaki dishes. That is insane and the food was terrible.

Large portions, clean, and so good. I wanted a broccoli dish and got the beef and broccoli. Wasn’t sure if there would be just one or two pieces, but it was plenty. Basically served on a platter with a salad too. I also wanted to try the egg flower soup and it was good. I would recommend this location.

Wow so good!! The tofu was fried perfectly and the teriyaki had great flavor with some insane portions! Fried rice was seasoned perfectly too

Loved the chicken katsu that I just demolished! The katsu had good flavor, katsu sauce is solid with a little sweetness and tang. Rice was a little dry, but we in Auburn, so i guess you got to appeal to the demographics. You don’t come here for the salad although the dressing was good. The restaurant feels homey with a nice korean couple running the show. Overall, the food, homey feeling and sweet auntie and uncle makes this place a winner. 잘 먹겠습니다.

I ordered the C17 teriyaki chicken with a wok special. I decided on Mongolian beef.. it was good and fresh. I went back twice and this time will be the last time. The beef was old and tough. I hope you guys try to keep the quality up. Until then I am out.

Wow! Stumbled on this place because I was craving chicken yakisoba and my wife loves chicken teriyaki. We stopped by on the way home and it’s definitely a hidden gem! The place is so clean and has a great Japanese ambience. The food is fresh, large portions and great price!
