We went here for a big family birthday celebration. They have a private room that seated 25 easily. We all ordered individually and they got the food out quickly. The servers were very nice and got our orders taken and got all of the orders correct. The chicken salad wasn’t the best. My burger was ok. The apple pie was really good. The homemade bread was really good.

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would. Impressed! On my way through Idaho and wanted a quick bite so I could get back on the road. That was fast, and fresh. Such a robust menu, a lot of really great home town food. I had the French Dip and it was stellar. So was the ice cream. And EVERYONE was so friendly. You all truly made my day and know how to make a dining experience superb. If you live here or are stopping through I promise you won’t be disappointed. Stop in!

Wonderful place and exceptional service. We showed up just before breakfast was ending and had one of the best breakfasts that we’ve had. I had the cheese omelet with hashbrowns and sourdough toast. Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted wonderfully, and the service was warm and friendly. The staff is the best and always seemed to be smiling and servicing customers as they bustled around. Loved our meal and would love to go back.

I was just charged $17.00 for this very sad fisherman’s platter! 5 overcooked popcorn shrimp and 4 very small (overcooked) scallops. No clams at all and 1 fillet of thin burnt fish. I’m so disappointed. If I wasn’t already home, I would have taken this back and demanded my money back. I typically write very positive reviews but unfortunately this time I had to show them what they were truly serving to the public.

What a wonderful experience. We were seated quickly, waitress Zulema was attentive, and the coffee and food was wonderful. I ordered a cinnamon roll (that I could not finish on my own). My husband had biscuits and gravy and commented on how flavorful the gravy and sausage patty is. If you are in the area for breakfast, I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent salad bar and good homemade soups. Cornbread with the whipped honey butter is like dessert. Also lots of homemade pies. Hunter gave great recommendation and she always had a smile.

Went to The Homestead for our work Christmas party and lunch on 12/18/24. I would not recommend waisting your time or money there. I ordered the BBQ chicken breast plate with mashed potatoes and gravy and a salad. The “chicken breast” was a frozen chicken patty and the mashed potatoes were instant potatoes. I couldn’t eat either. The salad was the only edible part of the meal. I will not be returning.
