I was excited to try Homegrown after seeing their amazing menu — especially happy to see several gluten-free options.
The drinks were outstanding! We had the Honeybee Latte and the Green Juice, both absolutely fabulous.
The food was a mixed experience. My avocado toast looked beautiful and was plated perfectly, but unfortunately, the avocado itself had no flavor, which was a big disappointment. On the other hand, my friend’s lemon ricotta pancakes were a hit — she said they were absolutely delicious.
I’ll definitely give Homegrown another try, but next time I’ll be ordering something other than the avocado toast.

What an excellent space to enjoy fabulous food! The Mocha coffee was amazing, the biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the roasted veggies were awesome! Our server was efficient and sweet, and did a good job balancing tables and customers at the bar area. Prices were as to be expected, and honestly, pretty good considering they source their foods locally.
The booth we sat in had walls a little higher than the seats, so it was nice for blocking overall noise – we didn’t have to shout at each other to be heard. The atmosphere was busy, but not absurd. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’ll be back!

I was here today for breakfast with my son and granddaughter. It was Sunday and of course it was crowded but there were spaces available at the counter. My son and I didn’t mind and surprisingly my granddaughter thought it was so cool to sit at the counter. I told her yes it is cool and you can see how hard these ladies work. The food of course is delicious. I have the avocado toast with perfectly cooked fried eggs and bacon. My kids enjoyed their meals also. Biscuits and gravy and pancakes. But what I am most impressed with is the message this restaurant is conveying which is kindness. The shirts they wear Express this feeling and also a sign on the back wall. It makes me feel good to walk into a place where everyone is expected to be kind. I will be back!

Our party thought the food was excellent here. The menu is pretty good but does not have an extremely wide number of choices. Our waitress was very attentive. The hot and iced tea were delicious. There were other beverages. I wish I had tried the seasonal red velvet pancakes.

This was my first time at this establishment, and will most likely be my last. I ordered orange juice with my breakfast and got the smallest glass that cost $5.50. I understand it’s fresh squeezed but they really need to warn you. The Hollandaise sauce was pretty bland, and the side of potatoes was meager. There are far too many breakfast options to settle for this.

The HomeGrown is a fantastic café with delicious food!!! They have different types of breakfast items and a few non breakfast items. The Yum!! I love biscuits and gravy meal is wonderful!! The biscuit is soft and the gravy is flavorful, you get your choice of eggs, and rosemary roasted potatoes. All mouthwatering delicious!!!!

I recently dined at this charming restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Although there was a wait upon arrival, it seemed to signal the place’s popularity. While we chose to sit indoors, I couldn’t help but notice the outdoor space, which looks ideal for enjoying a meal in warmer weather.
The staff were quite accommodating, especially when we requested a table with a better view. This meant a slightly longer wait, but it was well worth it. As vegetarians, we had a bit of a chat with the server to substitute eggs in our dishes, and they were very helpful. The food was flavorful, though serving it a bit warmer would have been nice. A special mention must be made for the honey-based coffee – it was amazing.
The atmosphere of the restaurant really stands out – it’s warm and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to revisiting in the warmer months to take advantage of their outdoor seating!

Delicious food and great service at Home Grown! We loved the grilled cheese with tomato soup, fresh Avocado Fresco salad, and the unique Pina lemonade.
