Today I ordered two dozen male crabs. Upon opening the bags and dumping them on the table, we realized some of them were black and looked old. We took pictures of these immediately and opened them to show what they looked like inside. The ones that weren’t black were the ones we proceeded with. Upon opening some of those, we realized they were completely empty. We also took pictures of those and called the store immediately. A young lady answered the phone, took our receipt number, and told us to bring the crabs back. Out of the 24 crabs, only about 8 were good. When we arrived at the store, two men told us we should have “feel the weight of the crab and if it felt light, we shouldn’t have opened it.” Sir, please stop playing. The only way to know if it had meat inside was to open it. After going back and forth, we received a “store credit” of half of what we paid, written down in a binder. We have eaten from this place for years, but the poor customer service today guaranteed we won’t be back. Make sure you weigh your crabs before you open them to eat.

Unfortunately we received multiple crab legs that appeared to be old/ molded spots in them. The business is closed so I’m hoping they will do due diligence in processing a full refund when they re-open tomorrow. I can’t believe they saw this and still packed it. The other crab legs we received didn’t have any meat in them AT ALL except for the top. What the hell are they serving?

Hidden spot in Largo MD, worth a visit. Fresh delicious seafood. They have an excellent variety of options. I tried the fried shrimp, scallops, lobster tail, mac n cheese, coleslaw, crab cake and snow crab. All were very well seasoned and extremely tasty. My only complaint is that the lobster was over cooked. For seafood it is very reasonably priced. Definitely will make another visit.

I was very disappointed in the crabs and shrimp I got today, I gave them one last chance even told them when I called to make sure I get fresh and meaty crabs last time I had bad ones. This time again 3bad crabs, rotten and empty. The shrimp was overcooked tasted dry. Will not be returning here again. Run go to the wharf for the best crabs or captain seafood.

I’m very disappointed with the inconsistency. For years, the croaker dinner has always included two pieces of fish. Now I’m being told that it only comes with one large piece for $17, which is unreasonable and feels like a downgrade in value.

Unfortunately everything was overcooked/fried too hard. The Mac and Cheese was cheesy but flavorless. You definitely need water, a beverage and some extra seasoning to get through it. The “butter” was a butter substitute and not real butter. Customer service was excellent and that I definitely could appreciate.

I enjoyed the crab legs alot. I didn’t care for the butter or their garlic butter I paid extra to try. I think it’s a great deal crab leg for 20 and their clam chowder was yummy also . The seafood salad was overly celery tasting so not for me but it was good quality and filling

What can I say? I ordered the medium female crabs, corn, and mac & cheese and baby, let me tell you, it did not disappoint! After reading the mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my first experience here was incredible. Nothing but positive vibes and absolutely zero complaints. The crabs were meaty, the corn was flavorful, and that mac & cheese? Who made that?! I need the recipe ASAP. Big shoutout to the crew for making it a great experience!
