Found this place on Google Maps and so glad we did!! Everyone was friendly, sanitation grade is high and food was wonderful! Coffee was freshly ground and so good!! It’s obviously a favorite for the locals as many customers and staff knew each other. Great place! Will absolutely go again when we come back!

Pleasantly surprised! I was looking for a good place for breakfast and just happened to find Home Style Foods. When I first go to a new place for breakfast, I order pancakes….if those are good, then I will go back again. I really enjoyed my breakfast, my pancakes came to the table piping hot and the butter just melted ….yummy goodness!

This was an unexpected surprise. We were looking for diner breakfast food, and this place delivered. Heavy local scene, people calling each other by name. Super friendly staff. I walked back in to ask for syrup for a to-go pancake order. They happily gave me as many as I needed, but we’re also dealing with a ticket from a table that has walked out without paying. They were being gracious about it and not bad-mouthing the customer. Come on people! The place was very reasonably priced and there’s no reason to walk out without paying – even if it was taking a while to get your check due to them being super busy. Make people’s day better, not worse. I know our day was better after having breakfast at Home Style Foods.

Just order a sandwich on their fresh made buns. You will thank me later. We had a bacon egg, cheese and tomato on a fresh made bun and a sausage egg and cheese omelet on a fresh made bun. Both were amazing. Great food and service.

Super busy, popular spot. Staff were polite. Clean dining room. I ordered a country ham omelette and my guest ordered a breakfast bowl (which looked delicious and satisfying). The omelette was thin and not esthetically impressive. The country ham was tasty. I didn’t care for the grits (mild bitter after taste) Andi also didn’t especially enjoy the sausage gravy, didn’t taste homemade. The atmosphere is casual. I’d be willing to try the breakfast pork chops

Not sure how this restaurant keeps a four star rating. Management is absolutely horrid. Reminds me of any low profile diner in a small town. Food may be warm and comforting but if you watch the staff and how the place is “run” you’ll never return.. the conversations you can hear from the kitchen staff will absolutely disturb you. First and LAST time I will dine here.
