Johnathan loves this place! The man (I assume is the owner)!knows and remembers him everytime just by when he asks for a pup cup at the end. He always gives it first because Calvin is not patient AT ALL! Such a refreshing environment from the last ownership and disrespectful employees you treated us like it was inconvenient we wanted ice cream! Thank you Dairy Queen staff and the Owner!

I ordered a banana split and the flavor is ok, just not the presentation unfortunately. It overall just looks like a mess. I understand they are training new staff, but this should not have been served. It has maybe 7 pineapple pieces on it and there’s barely any strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce on it. Just a little disappointed in this Dairy Queen experience.

I order meal. My chicken strips looked like nuggets. They were so tiny. Then I had blizzard it was really watery. And I got pup cup they charge $2.00 little tiny tiny cup. I went other dq they never charged for doggy cup for ice cream. My fries tastes really old. I’ll never go there again.

Once walked in and it immediately smelled like body odor. The food has given me food poisoning once. They have long gross fingernails. And they don’t make their food how they should make it. Overall this place is not the DQ u want to go to

Used app for a combo meal ( subbed orings +$1.39) and hot dog& regular FF. Arrived at the designated time and had to wait additional 13 minutes. After getting my order, got 5 orings And burnt and cold, and small FF order. Hot dog was barely warm and was missing the condiments that were ordered. Usually this store is good but was drastically understaffed for the business they were doing ( 10 cars in drive thru and 25 people inside). Will have a hard time doing the online ordering again. Great convenience, but seemed like they made it a secondary service.

Went to the drive thru. Ordered a shake, three pup cups, and a crunch dip sundae. I have ordered crunch dip sundaes from Dairy Queen’s all over, including this one in the past with no issues. It’s been my favorite since I was a kid.
The employee was nice and friendly, but didn’t understand what was needed.
I was handed the pup cups with no bag and they weren’t closed all the way so now both me and my car have ice cream on them.
I was given a cookie crunch sundae. I told her this isn’t a crunch dip. I explained twice that crunch dip is the candied peanut bits mixed with the sprinkles. She smiled and nodded, took the sundae and then came back after throwing sprinkles on it. She obviously didn’t understand so I just took it so I wouldn’t be just sending sundaes back left and right in the drive thru.
Ended up having to throw it away because that cookie crunch topping is awful.

We ordered a signature burger using the app to get $1.00 off. I did everything I had to redeem the code with the cashier. He couldn’t get the code to work so I ended up paying full price for the burger. He told me the digital coupon expired. It expires 05/26/24 which is today. It used to be my favorite DQ because it is close to where my son lives. There were 4 workers standing around when there was no ketchup packets and the place was dirty. Besides the food all in all negative experience.

Wasn’t really happy with the food for the price. My sons sundae was AMAZING. The food was just bland with poor rubbery texture. I got a coney dog and a soft pretzel stick and both were subpar; especially for the price.
