This is one place I try to stop and eat while I’m in Louisville. In my personal opinion this leaves Five Guys in the dust. There are different options of cheese to choose from and I believe the toppings taste better. My personal favorite is the pepper jack cheese and jalapeno peppers. I highly recommend the cajun fries. They are the regular fries seasoned with a Cajun seasoning but it’s not too spicy and just right. If you’re close to one I would recommend stopping and trying.

This place is great! Cooked to order burgers from locally sourced black angus fresh beef. The buns are also made locally. Lunch special combo is a good value for the buck. They will cook the burger to less than “well” but you have to ask for it at the counter. They really put a lot into the food and I appreciate the taste! Love the fresh cut fries!! Service is quick.

Even the fish sandwich was awesome! First time I was there, I got a bunch of toppings on my burger…..but the burger itself is so juicy and tasty, that you really don’t need all the extra toppings, I prefer just their regular cheeseburger now. The toppings are fun though, give it a try!

Good burgers with a lot of topping selection. Louisville local. Unfortunately, their first location on Hurstbourne lane closed down. The St. Matthews location’s burgers seem to be a little greasier than what I’ve experienced at the other locations, so a 4 star rating instead of 5. The guy behind the counter was very jovial and friendly, as was the worker who brought us the food. Overall, a good experience.

Great Burgers, great fries. You can get Cajun seasoning on your fries if you like. They have other food, but the name of the place is home run burgers, and I always stick with the burger. You get to pick any toppings you want, as many as you want, with no charge, except for the cheese of course. Just a great burger place.

First visit!!! My son and I went there for lunch. He had the Lil burger and I had the lunch special. It was fast, friendly, and a awesome burger! I will be back plus they have.99 cent Tuesday for kids. Can’t beat that! I would recommend this place. They also have 25 toppings. Don’t need that many but options are Nice to have. You have a new customer here.

I work in the plaza and frequent this restaurant. The only thing that is good quality is the burgers. Today, my order was a grilled chicken sandwich and a small chocolate milkshake. I paid for and received a large milkshake and a fried sandwich. The “crispy chicken sandwich” isn’t a breast, it’s just two strips on a bun. Not worth $7.14. The milkshake was bitter and when I alerted an employee she said she’d let the manager know and didn’t apologize or refund my order.

Waited 20 mins for 2 burgers. When we finally got them one was cold. The buns were burnt to the point of it was hard to bite through the burgers. Someone how all of my toppings were flavorless. The fries were soggy. Very disappointed with my first and last visit.

Fairly decent burgers, fries and onion rings. Do not order the salad as it is more like a very expensive side salad. We ordered to go and no condiments or napkins were in the bags. Some of the kids working here are unprofessional. It might be a good idea to have an adult working every shift.
