This is an excellent burger place. They have social distancing set up allowing dine in or to go orders. They did not have ketchup that day but that was fine, the flavors are so great ketchup was not missed!
Easy parking spots, great location close to highway, main streets and supermarkets and other businesses close by.
The team wss professional and very friendly. The food is served quick and the greatest thing are all the burger options and value you get! Very easy to understand menu and how to order youralmodt custom made burger.
It ws my first time here and it will bemy go to place for burgers. You xan taste that it was more natural.

Won’t be back. The restaurant was dirty, fries were soggy, hot dog was dry and the cashier spoke limited English. Halfway through placing our order to cashier was on her cell phone taking a personal call. As we were leaving, a guy came in to pick up his online order and they lost it.

I honestly cannot remember having a better burger in Louisville. It is seriously amazing! We got the onion rings (bit pricey upcharge) instead of fries, but Mrs Lit said the fries were AMAZING! The bacon cheeseburger was sooo good! Next time i want to try the grilled chicken burger!

This was my favorite spot. They have recently changed everything about their burgers. Bun very dry and the burger are now super flat like smash burgers. So salty I had to spit it out. It is completely inedible. I am so sad 🙁

we had bacon cheeseburgers with fries and cole slaw today, the burgers were fine but the cole slaw was a piece of trash as you can see in the photo it did not look good and it tasted like ssssssssss……., we paid close to 3 dollar for it and it went straight to trash. the photos is taken before we even touch it. we should have known just by looking at it……….

Looking for the best burgers? This is absolutely the best location in the city! I got the Rajun Cajun with Cajun fries and could barely chew while I ate cause it was so delicious ! I could tell it was made with love. The service was outstanding! I went at somewhat of a busy time but the staff was so friendly and considerate. They made sure everyone received quality service and felt valued as customers. I live on the opposite side of town but will make the trip to eat at this location! Visit them, you will not regret it!

Burgers were average. Prices are very high for the type and quality of food. Do love the theming being a baseball fan. One order was messed up but was fixed quickly. Self ordering on kiosk. Unique place to visit but probably would not return.

I was very pleased when I came to HomeRun Burgers today for lunch. The store is very clean. The staff was wonderful. Amazing customer service. The food was hot fresh. I will be recommending this to my friends and family. And I want to do a shout out to warren. He is going to be a great manager. Thank you for all your hard work.

First time here (passing thru town) and the experience was…weird. I walked in and saw a sign directing me to order at a kiosk, which seemed like a great idea since I was unfamiliar with the menu and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time asking them to tell me what was on the various items, especially since other customers had walked in right behind me. So I started selecting and swiping, putting together a combo that sounded good, but halfway through I started hearing this voice repeating “Sir, I can take your order, sir, sir…” Since I was busy and people were behind me, I ignored it, thinking the person was addressing another customer. I finished and paid, and finally looked up and saw the staff member staring at me. She said “I can take your order”, and I apologized for ignoring her while…placing my order. She seemed confused that I had managed to use the kiosk successfully but checked the ticket it printed for the kitchen, and walked off. I had to ask for my drink cup.
While I waited for the food being made to order, I visited the restroom, which was a disaster. The soap dispenser had been ripped from the wall, and was lying under the sink with several paper towels. The rest of the paper towels were in a loose roll sitting on top of the dispenser.
I went out to wait for my food, responded to some texts, read through my news feed, and eventually, once a few people who had come in after me picked up their food, I asked the guy on the grill (the only other employee I saw) if he knew anything about my order. He looked concerned, and started looking at the tickets in front of him. Nothing matched my order. Then he saw a bag off to the side that had been sitting a while, apologized as he unwrapped the burger, determined that it was mine, and then apologized even more sincerely as he handed it and my Cajun fries (fresh, fortunately) to me while glaring at the idle “I can take your order” person.
The burger was good, and the home run sauce has a nice kick to it. The flavor on the Cajun fries was perfect. They had Big Red in the fountain, which is unusual. The rest of the public area was clean enough.
I’ll probably go back to a different location next time I’m in the area and give them another try.
