My bf and I recently visited this cafe, and I have to say, stopping in is a must! The decor was so unique and added such a fun vibe to the place. But it wasn’t just the atmosphere that won me over—the food was also incredibly delicious! My bf ordered a biscuit, I ordered a crepe, and we both ordered hash browns. You could tell that they use high-quality ingredients (the hash browns were perfect we ordered those twice). What really stood out, though, was the staff! They were so friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. We got to taste a piece of their freshly baked their cinnamon apple bread (yum) and we took some banana bread home. We highly recommend checking this place out!

It is a wonderful spot in Boone with a cozy, welcoming ambience. We visited as a big group with both adults and kids, and the staff handled everything smoothly while serving everyone with a smile. The customer service was excellent as well as food and beverages. Highly recommend.

Home Grown is a cute, eclectic cafe with limited but tasty menu items. I ordered the E.T. biscuit sandwich, a frittata, and hash brown. The food was very good and the service was great.

After stumbling upon Homegrown cafe by chance—we will absolutely be returning customers!

The hospitality was genuine, the coffee was delicious, and the crepes and bagel sandwich were the best we’ve had in the area. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us out with air shuttles since we were in a pinch to get to the airport. We are so happy we found this place!

We had two breakfast crepes, the matcha, and the mushroom tea.
My friend is gluten free and was thrilled with her food.
Mine was arguably the best breakfast I’ve had in Boone. Stick Boy Kitchen is the other place i choose to eat at.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. Audio and history buffs will particularly enjoy the tube amps and handmade speakers.

We went in for the glass blowing experience. Hewitt and his crew were exceptional. Very good at explaining the process of glass blowing, show our kids how to do it, and very knowledgeable about the history of it. The guys were extremely nice! I would highly recommend the glass blowing experience.

This place would absolutely rock in Asheville too! It’s got the best crepes and definitely one of my favorite spots.

Not to compare because they are definitely different businesses as but I find their sweet crepe options are much better than the other desert shop in town that sells mostly crepes as well as definitely being affordable compared to even big corp boba places.

I will say that for me personally when I come in its a 50/50 if they have boba which is what i normally come for but its usually because thats a huge hit and once again they are a smaller business so I definitely understand the struggle is real when it gets busy then slow in waves and trying to restock

But I have tried their matchas, chai, honey dew, and brown sugar boba and lattes and for me those are a 9/10 – 10/10

My personal favorite for crepes are their bacon egg and cheese and their Nutella and fruit with bananas and strawberries

I know baisic that I havent expanded my pallet but im a suckered for how good they are

I think the only thing about this place that is eh me is im very awkward and the staff are all super sweet and friendly and I really hope they dont think im rude when im really just awkward

I also wonder about the dirt and paper tank in the corner it looks like it mag have been used for Dubia roaches at one point but now I wonder if it has purpose or if its just decor
