First time here, enjoyed the food and service. Tried burnt ends for the first time sauce was good the choice in the cuts could of been better tho. Couple pieces were very fatty and one was just a hunk of pure fat. Sides were good and I will be back.

Walked through all the food trucks at the Springfield food truck competition to find this delight. Ordered the fat stack and let them pick the meats, best choice ever! Everything I ate was exactly how I would have wanted it cooked and seasoned. I’ll be dreaming about the pork chop soon in my food coma. Only reason I marked them down in atmosphere was dozens of other trucks so hard to stand out but I’m sure they do.

Ok, Holy Smoke BBQ is totally legit. I knew when I walked in and smelled the hardwood smoke perfume. I had all AYCE catfish, soooo good. Perfectly cooked, moist fish with a nice crispy fried crust. And I picked up wings for the weekend, really nice meaty wings. And the servers make you feel like family. In fact you’re wasting time reading this, get down here! Lol

Excellent locally owned BBQ place. Unpretentious. Stopped in with friends for dinner. I had sliced brisket with two sides. The brisket was tender and tasty. Potato salad was unique and satisfying over other styles. Priced consistently as BBQ can run just a little more than other styles of eateries. We’ll visit again.

They are family owned. I love family owned businesses. Their food is awesome and amazing! The prices are very cheap! When you go in, it is so nice to be greeted so friendly. I have to say favorite restaurant in Ceredo! Try it out sometime! You can also buy T-shirts there. By they way a compliment to the store your t-shirts are great and funny!

This was my first time visiting Holy Smoke BBQ this was not a very good experience for me. Having 10 plus years of experience as a server before becoming a business owner in this area. I felt like I was being punked or something. The servers approach was throwing the menu on the table and asking What do you want to drink? ( not a Hello, I am so and so can I get you started with something to drink or something along those lines) I was caught off guard a bit by the rudeness I asked well what products do you have? Coke, but I don’t have any coke. Okay. well a water please. I get the water that was placed down pretty hard on the table. Caught me off guard again. When she took my order she lost the attitude a bit so that was nice. Another server brought my food dropped it and was in a rush to move along. I had to ask her for BBQ sauce for the pulled pork, the pepper shaker was empty on the table so I had to ask for pepper. The mac and cheese was dry as can be like it was left in the microwave to long or something. I will say the food was hot at-least. I never once had anyone ask how my food was if I needed anything. I did not even eat half of the food. I had no idea all the sauces that you offered for pulled pork I was never told just over heard another server talking to another table that she joined for lunch. I had to get up to get my check and to cash out while my server just sat behind the cashier stand the entire time I was there pretty much. This was not a good 1st impression. I will not be returning. I normally tip whatever my bill is when I go out to eat alone but today I left nothing. Attitudes need to be adjusted and better services would be helpful. I hope this review finds who needs to know about the terrible service!! More so the service than the dry mac and cheese I could have over-looked that. The service did it for me and that’s why I am leaving this review. Thanks

We had the pleasure of eating there yesterday. Our crew was right on top of things, very sweet and attentive . Great food! Very flavorful, good sizes. And wonderful selection. The place is so stinkin cute to! Love this place.

We had very good, friendly service. They brought us complimentary pork rinds (still crackling) and the all-you-can-eat meal was generous enough my husband didn’t want seconds!
