A fancy meat restaurant with really nice beef and great service. This “mother bread” starter is actually the most interesting thing to me, with different little buns in this bigger bread. The score is actually pulled down by the tacos, which I find very ordinary. The soft shell crab taco is okay I guess, maybe a 7/10, but the beef taco is very ordinary for a place this fancy. The service is terrific though and the staff do put on a subtle but nice show of serving the food.

This steakhouse was definitely a solid choice to bring your date or family. It’s not casual dress so be sure to look your best. The ribeye steak was succulent and wwe were able to sear it to perfection on the hot coal at the table. The pasta was very delicious as well as the beef tacos for the appetizer. The service was great but it got crowded at the last hour or so of the meal. If you are at the mall and need an expensive steakhouse to splurge at, this is a great place.

Best steakhouse in town, likely so in Mexico and one of the top ten in Latam. Ask for Ivan (the tall one) and you’ll be delighted with an excellent service and his expert advise… order a rib eye, a t-bone or whatever you fancy, you cannot fail at Holsteins! Perfect meat cooked at you preference and perfect service.

Service was fenomenal, atmosphere is beautiful, all dishes we picked were pretty “show style” meaning the server will do a presentation, gyosas were good, bread was great, as per steak itself we do not believe is as good as expected, our steak have strong fibers and been a very $$$$ steak house should be nothing but tender mouth delightful, maybe not our luck. Cocktails were also pretty good taste and presentation.

I really enjoyed the experience in the restaurant. We came early on Sunday at one o’clock, when the restaurant starts. The vibe of the restaurant was nice and calm. It was fun to see how they presented the dishes. I did feel that the foods were a bit salty, but it didn’t bother much as it was delicious.

True first class dining in the Valle of Monterrey. The food, the privacy, the entertainment and wow factor and the perfect flavors. The highlights of the menu are the picanha, the grilled beetroot, and the “corn on the cob” ice-cream that actually looks like a corn. The meat cuts are served on a “heat” stone and sliced, so anyone can let their slice cook a bit more to their taste. Their wine selection is also solid. Expect to pay above average price for this great experience.
