Zero -Star Review – Dunkin’ Roseville, MN
I had one of the worst customer experiences at the Dunkin’ in Roseville, MN. I paid for my order, but when something was missing, the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude and dismissive instead of helping me. When I tried to explain the issue politely, I was treated as if I was lying. That is completely unacceptable.
I reached out to Dunkin’s corporate office, and although they apologized and offered a $5 gift card, no real action was taken regarding the disrespectful behavior of their staff. A simple gift card doesn’t fix a serious customer service problem.
This location clearly lacks proper management and training on how to treat paying customers with respect. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ and hope others think twice before visiting until they make serious improvements.

got charged on my card on the mobile app, I go in person and they don’t do anything about it? this happens a year prior aswell, last time they said “well we can charge you again and see if it refunds the other one” they said that again. Never coming to this location, they don’t care about customer service and all they want is $. Wouldn’t ever come to this clueless location and rather would take my $ elsewhere.

I ordered a large iced mocha latte with 4 swirl easy ice. And it might as well have been a chocolate shake.i received an ungodly amount of mocha put in it. I did not taste like coffee at all. It turned my stomach and had to toss it. Worst expirence ever with Dunkin.

Denied my free donut on veterans day, even though It clearly states online that all active and retired military get a free donut on veterans day. In fact no one in the store knew what veterans day was. Really sad to see the lack of support or care for military veterans. Note to all- Dunkin doesn’t truly support veterans. Go to Wendy’s, they keep thier promises and support Veterans.
