I always get food from here and was pleased until today. I believe my food was cooked on a grill thst wasn’t cleaned I couldn’t eat this. Really to the point where I’d be cooking at home . Got a omelette with no meat cheese, onion and green peppers.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Still an affordable price for a salad. Well to start off my chicken was shredded which I didn’t want. I have 1 slice of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato cut in half. I had to ask for onions. I am very unhappy with this meal. Very tasty but the salad could be a lot better. Customer service is A+ service was great my food I didn’t have to wait a long time. Very friendly. I’m going to go back.

Will sometimes the only thing I have to say is I may get put on hold for a long time but my food is always fresh and hot and good.. if this is the one located on Grand River off of Evergreen. I like to uplift businesses and be treated as a valued customer. So I gave them five stars because they have never ever since I’ve been going there been a disappointment when it comes to my food. Lady working the window was very rude. She kept the all of our change. Our family used to go here for years, but after today we’ll never go back. The new owners just aren’t providing a quality product. Food tastes fine, but not worth getting robbed over.

This place is generally my go to place for breakfast and usually I get eggs over medium but this time I got scrambled eggs with cheese… As soon as I started to cut them up they had an oder so I looked at it and it was discolored so I didn’t eat them and ate my pancakes and bacon both good. It’s hard to get good eggs from a restaurant but they usually do good my other go to for eggs is Connie and Barbara’s.

I have been going to this Coney Island for 20 years. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. My Turkey Club was Burnt terribly. The turkey was not edible. I called and told them about the situation and they told me to come back. I advised it was too late to come back. The person I spoke to told me she would put my name on the board and to bring the food back for replacement or refund. I go back to get them to remake it and I was told to come back at night because it was purchased at night; they could not help me. The cashier said Banaki was the owner and that’s what he told her to tell me. I was shocked and begin to ask questions she stated this has nothing to do with her. I asked her to have him come and talk to me and she said he said he was too busy and to wait 5 or 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and left. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional! Such a bad experience from an establishment I have supported for 20 years. I will be reporting this to governmental agencies.
