So I went to this location, not really sure what to expect but the ratings and videos I saw on TikTok of the downtown location convinced me to come. Heads up, this is a food truck. The server was not attentive. I think I stood there for 3 minutes before he asked me for my order. I was wondering what the food would actually looked like since when you order online it’s only AI photos. I was disappointed in the way my food was packed. I ordered buffalo wings and they were put in the bag sideways. All the sauce had leaked out the container and since my fries were just thrown in the bag, they got covered in sauce and were soggy by the time I got to my house to eat. Overall, the food is just… ok. Nothing spectacular about the food. The wings are crunchy however, which I did enjoy. But my drink was warm when given to me and the Philly is pretty tame.

I’ve tried a lot of Philly cheesesteaks & Wings around town, but honestly, this one hits different. The first time I went to Holly Philly, I wasn’t expecting it to be that good but from the first bite I was hooked. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the bread was soft but toasted perfectly, and everything was balanced just right. Nothing dry, nothing overloaded just made right.
It’s also become my go-to late night spot. Whether it’s after a long day or just a random craving, they’re consistent every single time. And the fact that it’s Hala makes it even better I don’t have to second guess anything.
You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. Friendly vibes, quick service, and quality food. Hands down the best Philly steak in town.

This is about the Food Truck on Midlothian. This is now our new favorite weekend and late-night food place. Deliciously filling sandwiches. Juicy, and tasty. Reminds me of NYC. The atmosphere is a gas station parking lot but I’m.happy it is as close as Sheetz.

Had the Steak, Chicken, & Shrimp Philly! It was very good. Would ask for the bread to be toasted more for my personal preference. Also, the cheese to be melted into the meat instead of just in top. Fries & wings were very good too! Props to the owner Abdul ❤️

I went to the Holly Philly foodtruck located on Midlothian turnpike at BP gas station. It was hands down the Best Philly sub I have had in a long time. I ordered their #7 12 inch combo and it was enough food to split for two people. I will definitely be returning
