Let me set the stage, table of 6, on the porch, sun setting and a light rain begins. The four-course selection during restaurant week was over the moon. The items were fresh and flavorful. The presentation of each item was done perfectly. This was our first time there, and the 3 hours of amazing food and stories being shared will not be forgotten.

This is a charming place for dining and a great spot for Mother’s Day Brunch. There was a fixed-course menu for the day, which included delicious ham biscuit sandwiches as a starter item.
My wife and daughter really enjoyed the shrimp and grits entree, and I had a pork chop with asparagus and a potato casserole. The pork chop was well seasoned and hit the spot. We finished with bread pudding with a bourbon caramel sauce, as well as apple pie.
Our server, Graham, was friendly and provided great service. We would absolutely come back and walk around the beautiful grounds.

We came on a Saturday around 1 pm and were just blown away with how cute and cozy this place was. The only option at the time was a $35 brunch that came with three courses. Everyone of them looked like a piece of art and just lit up the taste buds. Our server was polite and prompt and very friendly. The whole experience felt like we were royalty. We drove 60 miles to check this place out and left knowing we would be coming back. The front porch is a wonderful place to have some coffee and just look out over the gorgeous front yard. The little bar in the back looks like the perfect place to sip some evening wine and day dream while looking out of the huge floor to ceiling windows. Manors of this type just aren’t built anymore and it’s so pleasing that this one has been converted onto the most perfect dining establishment for so many to enjoy.

Having eaten at Michelin star restaurants, as well as quite a few James Beard award winning restaurants, Holly Hill Inn made it’s way into the top 5 meals I have ever had. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The staff was absolutely incredible. Nothing was rushed, the atmosphere was perfect. Overall an unbelievable experience.

This place is wonderful. I liked it very much and it is place that I could guarantee that you will be back. I had my tastiest meal in entire Kentucky in this amazing place. Every thing was tasty, delicious and of course decorated in a gorgeous way.
Every course was served nicely and without a rush as normally you see in other places.
I cannot write enough about this place.

Had lunch there on Dec 21st. All the dishes were delicious. As a family we ordered various dishes (flank steak, baked trout, a chicken dish, the green salad, fruit salad, soup) – they were all delicious. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is wonderful and there is ample parking.

Where do I begin? The property is beautiful. We were sat immediately, and Connor was incredibly attentive and accurately described the courses. The food came out with impeccable timing, and each course clearly had a lot of thought put into its construction. Everything complimented each other and none of the flavors on my plates clashed. An overwhelmingly pleasant experience with a very talented team of Chefs in the driver’s seat. Highly recommended, I hope to dine again soon.

Celebrated my birthday at Holly Hill. Staff was so kind and attentive. Had a beautiful 3 course meal with wine pairing. Then we decided to add the cheese plate. The local cheeses- especially Kenny’s were amazing. The sunchoke bisque with carrot top pesto was SO good! Pacing of service was great too. Such a warm, inviting little retreat!

We had an outstanding three course menu with wine pairing during restaurant week. The porch is exceedingly pleasant (although I do wish I would have had bug spray) and hospitality was top of the line. Conner, our waiter, was fantastic—attentive and conversational but not overbearing. Food and drinks were lovely and well considered; the tomato pie was a standout. (The mushroom risotto was also wonderful; nice to find such flavorful veg options.)
This is a special occasion sort of place but in our experience very very worth it. Can’t wait to come back.
