Absolutely amazing dining experience! On the weekend, it’s a lively, almost festival-like atmosphere with live music and costumed serving staff. The food is fantastic — we tried the “butcher shop platter for two” as a sampler, with rather generous portions of an assortment of sausages and smoked pork loin, red cabbage, sauerkraut, and the wonderfully loaded “heaven and earth” potatoes. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Will definitely check it out again the next time we’re in Sanford!

We HAD to try Hollerbach’s for our first visit to Sanford, and it was a delight and the highlight of the visit. The speed of service was ideal, and our waiter, Nick, made the visit memorable. The meals were all phenomenal; potato pancakes, schnitzel, cheesy spatzel, and the cakes. The highlight was the bee sting cake, and the portions were all generous, too. We’ll definitely be back.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Price is reasonable, can experience traditional dining or simplified menus upstairs. The Hollerbach beer was very unique and refreshing.

Absolutely an amazing restaurant!! The food is so delicious and perfection in every bite, the beer is ice cold and authentic too! The ambiance is hands down the best! We love it when they play like music and do the beer song and we all toast together. . We will return very soon! Over 2 hour drive and it is worth every mile!

Best authentic German food in the Orlando area! Our server Cody was so wonderful and attentive. The food was INCREDIBLE to say the least. We started with the soft pretzel and I’m still unsure whether I enjoyed the mustard or cheese dip more. For my entree I ordered the Jager pork shnitzel and kept telling my other party members that the dish tasted better here than in Germany!! Awesome food, great service, and neat selection of draft beers. Cannot go wrong with this place! 11/10

My new favorite restaurant in Florida. No hyperbole, not exaggerating, no kidding. I loved this restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was great. It’s a little divey – the ambience isn’t great, but the food and the stellar service more than made up for it.

Yummy spot for lunch authentic singing and garb and more important food. There’s a rooftop Biergarten too great view of courtyard and excellent people watching. I had the schnitzel with sweet red cabbage. Also must have pretzel w/ beer cheese. Fast friendly service!

Probably one of my newest favorite restaurants! Grab a beer, some delicious German food, and listen to some live tunes, courtesy of a great talent on the accordion.
