This a small little diner but the food is very good. They source their meats locally from Mays Meats, which makes me like them even more.
The bacon double cheese was a full 1 pound and flavorful. The patties are hand made and cooked fresh. The onion rings were delicious. They have Pepsi and cheerwine on tap.
You order at the register and it gets brought to you. This is a nice family owned joint and hidden in the back streets of taylorsville.

Hollars is a great place to get a quick bite. They have a good variety of menu items. My husband had a 1/2 lb Burger with Fries and I had the Fish Sandwich with Fries. Both were verygood. Their slaw is sweet homestyle. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
