Absolutely wonderful. It honestly wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience. My partner and I had been to the one in Rochester before and loved it, and couldn’t believe our luck to see one opening here in La Crosse!
The food is super tasty, and the menu mixes unique with the familiar. I was a little concerned about the burger I ordered, since typically in my experience a burger served without any kind of sauce or condiments can be pretty dry, but it’s a testament to just how good the burger is that it doesn’t need anything!
There were four or five different people involved in providing us service today, and each one was a pleasure to interact with. My partner and I felt immensely valued. Staff jumped at the chance to right any small perceived wrong, even though we never felt there were any issues at all. In fact, it came as close to a flawless dining experience as I think it possibly could have.
What a warm, welcoming, and delicious spot. Please try it out if you can, you won’t be disappointed. I hope La Crosse can enjoy Hollandberry for a long, long time.

“Pan-uh-kooken”, by the end of your meal you will learn how to say it properly. Everytime their specialty dutch stuffed pancake comes out of the kitchen their staff comes out proudly singing about the incoming meal! My gyro omelette was delicious. Fresh tasting with tomatoes and spinach, and savory with the lamb meat. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A great new restaurant added to the list of options. My wife and I can hardly wait to go back to try more of their gigantic menu.
