Wonderful breakfast restaurant and bakery in Orleans MA. Very busy on Thursday morning, but the moved people thru fast. Tons of Muffins, donuts and rolls. Full breakfast menu (pancakes were outstanding). Excellent coffee. Plenty of parking. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My wife and I decided to have breakfast here after having been here a few years ago. They no longer have table service. You now have to wait in line to order/pick up. There’s limited seating inside and several picnic tables outside. Although I was disappointed by the process, the meal did not disappoint. My wife ordered the shorter Traditional French Toast and I ordered Corn Beef Hash and Eggs. Both meals were very good.

We went to Hole in One Breakfast & Lunch for a quick breakfast on our way to Ptown. We ordered and paid for our food at the counter and found a table upstairs where someone brought us our order. One may sit inside downstairs, upstairs in a bright sunroom, or outside under a tent. We had bagels which were fresh, lightly toasted with plenty of cream cheese. I also had a blueberry muffin which was very good, light and fresh, and my husband enjoyed a coffee role.

We haven’t been here in many years, in the past it was fantastic. We were very confused and disappointed when we arrived at 9 a.m only to find out it was all taken away only. Mind you we had checked the website prior to driving 30 minutes to get an idea of what we wanted to order. Nothing on the website mentions that they no longer have table service. It’s a cluster, the food didn’t hit the same. It’s not fun eating out of takeout containers and plastic wear after spending $50 on breakfast. But for me the most upsetting is the amount of waste this establishment is choosing to create. I’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years. As a previous review stated, there are 9 people behind the counter. Why can’t the food be served? Can’t find a dishwasher?? Pat them better and they will come. I think it’s a lame excuse. I’m guessing they realized during COVID their bottom line was better not having to pay employees. We will never go back. There are dozens of better breakfast options

I come to Cape Cod at least once a year and I make it a point to stop at Hole in One a couple of times. They’re “mountain” breakfast and “country” order is my go-to. Super hardy and delicious!

4-4.5. I had the crab cake Benedict which was really good, same with the iced chai. My boyfriend had the maple bacon pancakes which where good. The potato pancakes weren’t seasoned enough for our liking. The main issue is the lack of service. Because of staffing they don’t really have wait service so it’s tricky to get your food. We made sure to inform a staff member of the table we grabbed but after about 20 minutes of waiting, we asked where our food was and turns out it was just sitting on the side waiting to be brought to us. It’s so busy that it’s hard for them to keep up with what’s going out. Mind you this was a weekday. Despite this I would go back because I did enjoy my breakfast.

Online it states take out and eat in. When you arrive all has changed !!!! Unlike it was , now you order from a limited menu than before and you can leave or seat yourself with No waitress service . Very disappointed, drove all the way there for a whole different experience than it was. Should really change your website … I’m pretty sure potato pancakes and all that nice breakfast stuff was not available. If you want coffee and a simple breakfast item then it’s the place for you . If you want a sit down enjoyable breakfast go elsewhere . Sad !!!!

The food was delicious but we were very bothered that all the food was served in large take-out containers even for eating in. I would most want real dishes and utensils, but if that isn’t possible at least minimize waste by using disposable plates for people eating in. The large containers were compostable but everything went in the garbage so that didn’t help the situation. I’m sad to say I won’t be going back because my meal tasted great and ingredients were creative and fresh, but I can’t support that level of waste.

I wanted a nice breakfast with a friend, I go to the Eastham location regularly and was expecting the same level of service. What a disappointment Food must be ordered at the counter, you then wait for your food to get served in take out containers??!! My eggs were squashed under my pancakes in the same flimsy box and I was provided plastic throw away utensils! Not only gross to eat out of but yikes environment unfriendly. Threw away half of my 30 dollar breakfast and won’t be back.

Has completely lost the thread post COVID. What was once the best breakfast spot on the cape with delicious Benedict’s and creative breakfast options has completely run itself into the ground. I am not going to pretend to diagnose the why, but it probably has something to do with “staffing” and “inflation” but there are currently 9 people behind the counter doing a lot of action but no actual work. A board shows the estimated ticket time at ‘20 minutes’ but it’s already been 40 and there’s no hope.
