Upon visiting I was immediately greeted and seated by a pleasant and welcoming staff. The architecture and dining space was large, open, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. I ordered a bean nachos, side of queso, side of molé salsa, side of chipotle salsa, 3 beef tacos no lettuce, an arroz con pollo, and pollo alambre. The food was served swiftly and with a smile and care. The dishes were what one would expect from a typical Tex-Mex restaurant, the dishes were cooked well and ingredients blended together with nice seasonings. The molé and Chipotle salsa stood out amongst the fare, the molé bringing a cacao forward profile, and the chipotle a nice smokey and tangy mix. I’d normally be inclined to give an average Tex-Mex restaurant a 3, but Hola’s atmosphere, wonderful staff, and inclusion of molé salsa, really elevated the experience, and beat my expectations.

The food is tasty, the prices are great, and our service was amazing. We enjoyed the margarita flight and our waitress was fantastic! It was a bit of a wait for our food, but everything came out hot and fresh. We didn’t have to wait when we got there, but there was a wait for tables when we left. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been to the Eureka location several times and we were so excited when we found out they were opening a location with in walking distance of our house! We have eaten at this location several times and everything we have had has been amazing. The service and quality of food is top notch and we are waiting now just for the warm weather to enjoy the patio!

High marks for ambiance and service, with all the expected menu options. They offer a full bar with an excellent margarita. Had to wait briefly, but it is so large it could handle a busy Saturday night.

We drove past and said we needed to try this place and we’re so happy we tried this new place! The Mexican food was incredible — seriously some of the best we’ve had. The service was top-notch too. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Make sure to ask for Mia, when you go — She’s awesome! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Great food! We had several items – each was well seasoned and well prepared. My husband loved the queso. We had attentive service and the manager took the time to check on our experience. We went at dinner time – I LOVED that the lighting was soft, it made it more comfortable and relaxing. The decor felt up to date and thoughtfully curated.

If you’ve been in the area for a couple years, you know that this restaurant has been through so many changes. I was skeptical I have to admit, however I certainly hope Hola is here to stay! The staff was extremely friendly, the drinks were tasty and strong, and the food truly tasted authentic. Although the atmosphere hasn’t seemed to change much over the years, it was beautifully decorated, updated and clean, making the dinning experience very enjoyable. We waited a bit longer than normal on our food which honestly didn’t bother us as we were enjoying our drinks and the chips and great salsa. Our waiter was very apologetic for the kitchen running a bit behind and provided complimentary guacamole and queso! We will certainly be back!

The food, drinks and the atmosphere was exquisite. I loved the calm warming environment. It has a beautiful interior as well as an exterior. The owner and the workers are also very friendly. The owner is also awesome! He seated us at a timely manner and he served us pretty quick. I also worked with the owner and he is a hard worker! The birria tacos were amazing as well as the spicy jalapeño margarita! 🙂

My wife & I are SOOOO happy Hola! Mexican Food is finally open in St. Peters, less than a mile from our home. We’ve enjoyed the Eureka location multiple times, and we went tonight to the St. Peters location and it did not disappoint. Our server David was exceptional and all of greeters & staff are so kind. The owner, Ricardo (pictured), even came out from his busy kitchen duty to say “Hola!” and check on us. My wife had the carnitas street tacos and I had the Tamale Deluxe meal. 10/10 for the food and 11/10 for the Hola! Top Shelf Margarita with tajin on the rim. We can’t wait to go back, when it’s warm enough to walk to Hola! from home and enjoy their stunning patio. Come on St. Peters…let’s help this place BLOW UP!!!

Good start and I popped in yesterday and ordered an appetizer. The service and food were great! Sampled the skinny margarita and it was really good. Would love to see a happy hour during the week. It’s a great space, definitely worth checking out.
