We randomly happened upon this place and I’m glad we did! The food was delicious and the portions sizes are huge! We shared and still have a bunch leftover for dinner! The staff was so pleasant and kind! If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely visit again!

It’s amazing this place is in business and the health department hasn’t shut it down. Everything is very dirty and there are many flys both in and outside of the trailer. The food trailer is parked in front of what looks like an abandoned house. The food itself wasn’t very good. The spring rolls tasted like grease and the chicken in the chicken hibachi was rubbery. I wanted to like this place as it is close to my house but unfortunately it was not very good.

Yum!! If u haven’t tried this place, you must! Id consider myself a very picky eater but this is DELICIOUS. They are always very fast and the portion sizes are very large! The vegetables are fresh and done perfect every time !

Amazing! They have rolls, appetizers, shrimp, chicken and steak! We thoroughly enjoy their food everytime we come. We are never disappointed. Great service too, always with kindness.

I drive from Conway to this specific hibachi place because I love their food that much more than the plethora of places to get hibachi in Conway. I have sung their praises to many other people. I’ve never had a poor experience, until now. We ordered dinner from them on Saturday evening. I called it in at 5:45 PM. I ordered a chicken and shrimp hibachi, no veggies with a side of hibachi chicken, 2 egg rolls and an order of crab rangoons. We (my boyfriend and I) were given an estimate of 25 to 30 minutes to pick it up. We arrived at around 6:20 and were told they didn’t have our order and that nobody had received the order. I checked my call log to confirm I did call the correct truck. The phone number matched what was on the side of the truck, but whatever. Stuff happens, no biggie. We re-place our order with them, pay for it at the window, they tell us they’ll work on it right now. We wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get our food. When we picked up the food at the window, we were told that they were sorry, that our original order (that they claimed they never got) was actually handed out to another customer by mistake. Again, no big deal. Stuff happens. Must have been an off night. We go home, eat, don’t think much about it. The food was mostly correct other than maybe missing the extra side of chicken (if it was included in the same container, it didn’t seem like much extra but I’m not splitting hairs over it). Later on, we were discussing how that’s never happened before and my partner mentions how it was quite a bit more expensive than usual and that it was ~$51.00 with the tip. I’m shocked because we eat there pretty regularly and it’s ALWAYS near $30. We go back and forth a couple times and then forget about it. Until the next morning, I mention again how I’m just shocked the price went up that much since the last time we ordered. So my boyfriend checks his emailed receipt, and sure enough we were charged for the chicken and shrimp hibachi AND the extra side of chicken twice. We were like “Okay that makes so much more sense. Again, clearly they were having an off night. No big deal. I’ll call them about it.” Well, they’re closed on Sundays and by Monday morning it slipped my mind. That’s on me! I remembered on Wednesday afternoon, so I gave them a call to let them know what had happened. Immediately, the man on the phone starts talking over me telling me this happened a week ago, no refunds. I told him “I understand, it was a while ago, it slipped my mind but I have the receipt and everything. Is there any way next time we order we can just get the food made that we paid for and did not receive? He continued to flatly say “It was a week ago, we cannot help you.” He repeated this, while I was talking, so many times that I had to politely ask him to please stop talking over me. I explained to him that it had not been a week at all actually. We ordered late Saturday evening – they close at 8:30. They were closed on Sunday. It had been two days realistically. He said that if I called on Monday, he could have refunded it. I said I understand that, but I paid $20 more dollars than I should have for food that I had to wait over an hour for and be told that I made the mistake ordering when it was actually their mistake handing out our order. I literally don’t even need a refund. I really just would like the food remade. He continued to refuse and repeat himself that they couldn’t do anything. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I will no longer be recommending them to others. I’ve worked in customer service a long, long time and this is not you treat customers. Especially as a small business. I’ve never felt more disrespected by a business.

So we tried it because our son loves the food. Wow wow wow, it is fantastic. We had vegetables hibachi and chicken hibachi. The amount of food is incredible. The flavors are so impressive and I am so glad we skipped our usual place. We will be back to try other items on the menu. Oh and the menu is perfection, perfect choices from hibachi to sushi. I will recommend the food and staff are awesome.

We have eaten here a couple of times and it has been very good each instance. The best parts are the generous portions and the affordable prices. The fried sushi rolls are excellent; just as good as a hibachi restaurant. Everything that we’ve ordered has been really good. They have good service as well. My wife picked up food on a cold night and they said that she could wait in her warm car and they would bring it out to her. This is our go-to spot for hibachi now.

The best hibachi from a food truck you’ll ever have! I’m a semi regular there, and she always remembers the extra yumyum sauce. The steak is the ONLY steak I can eat with my dentures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
