This gem of Malvern is shaved ice at its finest. It’s a treat; and you’re never too old for a treat. The flavors are, overall, quite good. The service is great. The atmosphere is . . . sufficient, and what you would expect for such an establishment. Prices are very reasonable. CASH ONLY.

Hobo Joe’s has by far been a staple for the Malvern Community and they have the best Snow Cones I’ve ever experienced. Family Owned so your purchasing from a mom and pop business. Ice is very fine shaved, so it literally looks like snow in a cup. No ice chunks or crushed ice texture. The amount of syrup they put on the snow cones 100% covers all the snow ice, which is a really great experience that the flovor is not lacking. They have any flavor you could possibly think of. My favorite is Cotton Candy, Pina Colada and Snow ice cream flavors. However, there are many more that also taste amazing like Tigers Blood. There are 2 large picnic tables on site, but if they are busy, the Malvern City Park is literally 1 mile down the road where there are more picnic tables and playground equipment for the kids. Also, a restroom on-site at the park. You will not be disappointed with these Snow Cones. Give them a try. 🙂

I have been going to Hobo Joe’s since I was a kid. I think it’s cool that I can pass that on to my kids. There are so many flavors or may take you a minute to figure out what you want, but, it’s worth it.
