Definitely will not be back. Place was completely empty 2 hours after opening which should’ve been a sign. Heat was out so it was freezing inside we had to use the grill at the table to warm ourselves. We were told we had to be seated in the middle section because all of the grills on the sides were broken. Food was mediocre. The Mandu was good, the kimchi fried rice was fine but wasn’t even hot when it was brought out and turned into a giant block after sitting for 20 minutes because of how cold it was inside the restaurant. The chadol baegi was bad and tough to eat and they charge $7 for lettuce if you want to wrap the meat in something otherwise you’re just eating it loose. Our server Joe was friendly but seemed really stressed. For $67 you can find much better places to eat nearby.

I hate to give bad reviews. Everything was going good until we saw a rat walking around the middle of the restaurant. Came out from under the seats. Once we saw it… the food tasted differently. Server apologized for it and said that she was going to notify management. Never going back… Will notify the Minnesota department of health just in case that this escalates.

The food is good. Great variety. They were not busy for a Tuesday night 630. The servers on duty were just not attentive to the customers once they were served. We watched one customer get up walk the restaurant looking for the server. They walked upfront and helped themselves to spoons and went back to there table. I finally turned the burner off at my table as the grill was just burning !! Spent to much for the lack of service:(

Very different from online reviews. It looks like an amazing place and traditional Korean BBQ, but upon arriving the place was empty and the menu’s had been adjusted so now one type of meat or veggie cost upwards of $30-$50! There are no combos or specials that allowed you to try multiple items at once. The seats were torn and ratty with giant holes in them. We left and didn’t order anything, instead we chose to go to KPot in Maple Grove.

Only one server was working, which made service very slow. We tried to be understanding and kept our order simple, but our drink was forgotten and the dipping sauce we requested for the BBQ never came even though he was bringing the drinks to the other tables. Since the pork belly isn’t marinated, it had very little flavor without the sauce, and we ended up leaving most of the food. When we were ready to leave, we had to stop the server ourselves to get the check. There was no apology or follow-up, even after seeing how much food was left. Overall, the lack of service and attention was disappointing. We won’t be returning.

It was alright. The food did not taste that good. It wasn’t seasoned well, there was barely any flavor in it. They didn’t have any sauces available. The service was not good, and they misled us into buying more meat by saying that the quantity was less, so we ended up ordering too much because of that. The chicken came out at the end, when we were almost done eating. Only the jumbo shrimp was good. I didn’t really enjoy anything else as it was bland. Not worth paying 100$ for it. And soju was overpriced on the menu. The place looks fancy, but it wasn’t that clean. Every surface you touch is sticky! The seats and the table were just sticky. I guess the music was good.

Long wait despite having reservations. The food was great, but my only complaint is that they don’t warn you when they’re out of sauces for tempura or mandu. Those are items only enjoyable with dipping sauce and I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known they were out of sauce. Tempura eaten dry is especially terrible. The japchae is the absolute bomb, so delicious.

1st time going back since covid. For some reason, the food just didn’t taste the same. Maybe it’s our taste buds, but we didn’t leave feeling satisfied. Overall, food looks good n yummy but taste was ok.
Service was fantastic for being a very busy night. Our waitress was friendly, patience n outgoing.

Place was empty on a Friday at 8.
Service was non existent, useless.
Food was ok, but not amazing, brisket was not great, the pork was very fatty. The bulgogi was great and the marinated pork ribs was great… The sides was too small for 4 people , we had to reorder some and got charged extra … Bbq doesn’t even come with rice , need to order extra …
Not a great experience.
