Don’t go here if you want sushi. Arrived about 4:00pm. Not a soul in the restaurant (food court). This should have been my first caution. Sushi chef was gone. Got a pre-made Nashville Hit Shrimp roll since this was the only one of two options. The server at the counter said it was made fresh today, but tasted like it was made with day-old ingredients 5 days ago. Terrible. Won’t be back.

This place is insane. I’ve had issues every time I have come, not from the food but from the same womans attitude. The woman working tonight, Friday – 5/13/25 who appears to me the manager of the sandwich shop clearly hates being there because she’s had the same snotty attitude every time and the employee at the register was scared to ask her if they could make me food. For ONE your hours online say 8pm. I tried coming last night at 6:30 for dinner (live across the street) and they were walking out locking the doors. The lady said they close at 6 and seemed completely confused when I told her your hours online show 8, but went elsewhere and figured I’d try again tomorrow (today) got there at 5:15 since their online system doesn’t have half of the menu items as the one inside, already knew what I wanted and ordered the bento box and a waffle for desert. The Woman I’m speaking of comes up behind him and tells him “we don’t have that right now” (the bento box comes with 3 items on their menu) I realize that I’m in the last hour so don’t say anything about it and looked at the menu again and decided to order the orange chicken bowl. The guy literally looked terrified to ask her if they could make it, he had to say it 4 times to her for her to finally hear it and she says they don’t have that either. I said so you guys just don’t have food then? She said we do, you’re just coming 15 minutes before we close…. I kind of caught on this wasn’t going too well after I pulled up my watch to show her it was now 5:24 (9 minutes have gone by) which became EXTREMELY awkward since she just told me I was coming in 15 minutes before they close. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else for food AGAIN when trying to order here 2 nights in a row. WILL NOT give this place a chance again.
I have worked in the food industry many years and definitely understand when someone comes in 15 minutes before you close, which is why I was being respective of time getting there as quick as I could with their hours so short. If you aren’t going to be open until 8, change your hours for the public. If you aren’t willing to make food during your operating business hours, mention that you stop selling food an hour before you close. Transparency goes a long way people.
