After a delayed flight with a shortened layover, we were STARVING. We were able to grab containers of pre-made sushi, take a seat, and were in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and we weren’t stuck waiting in line.

The cashier/cook was RUDE. Their stuff wasn’t set up and I asked what time they started hot foods and he said, “from the time we open.” It was 9:15 am and I didn’t know if they were open since they still had stuff covered up. He also got rude when I asked if they did employee discounts. It was not enough food, the veggies were still cold, so definitely NOT A HOT BOWL, the rice was like rubber, there was only ONE PEA in the entire box, and it was DEFINITELY not fresh, since I saw him put it in the microwave. I won’t be back.

Portion size is too small. Very rude customer service. Yakisoba noodles are just regular spaghetti noodles. Food was not hot at all, should be called cold box instead of hot box.

A lot of old bad reviews but I had no problem at all. I’m not coming to the airport looking for sushi but finding this sushi spot at the airport was nice. The quality of it is average but they do have a wide selection and the choice to make a bento box and or poke bowl. They also serve coffee here.

The guy at the cashier is rude and lazy. Clearly he doesn’t want to work there. He was on his phone vs helping customers and then made up a rule where they don’t cook after the last flight at BNA….it was 6pm and there are flights leaving BNA all the way until past 8pm. He just didn’t want to work and this is not the only negative experience he has delivered
