Our BK is u see construction due to fire, so as we were passing through we stopped in gave it a chance. Ordered quickly, one car in front of us waiting for their food and no one behind us. I hate it when they tell you to pull up. This increases their productivity numbers, even though you’re having to wait. The General ManagerTelechia made it right, she upped our fried size for our wait. We mention we didn’t agree with the move up, when no one was behind us.

Its understandable when busy to mistakenly put the wrong food in the bag. I understand. It wasnt busy this morning and a simple order. 4 sausage egg and cheese crosaunts 2 orange juice and two hash browns. We had one sandwich correct out of four that had been sitting in the warmer for a bit of time. Maybe instead of fast food restaurants needing the customer to place their own order, we should just make our own order so it can what we actually paid for.

It’s a fast food restaurant I mean what can I say. The service was great but I did get sick. That being said I probably won’t be going back simply bc I don’t eat fast food but when I do it’s not ever a good experience

Love this burger king. Foods always hot, buns nice and warm and staff are excellent. Sadly I’m very disappointed tonight. Bun was COLD, burger was cool and staff remain excellent.

Worst service ever stood in line with 7 other people who was waiting for 20 minutes with zero help or service there was a homeless guy inside the store with a dog sleeping I will never return to this store if this is how it’s run needs new employees and managers!!!!!!! Never got to order any food

This was the best BK I’ve had since 2019!
The staff was super friendly & the food was fresh, hot and prepared correctly. I even got an apology from the only young man on the make like because I had to wait a few min. This stop made my day!
