One of Santa Clara’s best. It’s consistently great with quick service. I went after a 49er game and they handle it like it’s nothing.
The tonkotsu ramen is my go to. Great broth and very good pork. The side garlic and spicy sauces are a must even though the broth could standalone.

Feature presentation is obviously their ramen. Tonkatsu or Shoyu, thin or thick noodles. Standard toppings of pork, raw egg, tons of veggies.
Broth is some really good stuff. Creamy pork or savory chicken. First timers got black bean garlic oil to mix in (like going from super saiyan to super saiyan 2).
Pork chunks are tender. Noods are chewy. Broth makes all sorts of happy mouthfeels happen. Its just dam good ramen.
Also their fruit infused water is quite light and refreshing. But there is also decent boba next door as an alternative for more calories =)

Tried the Tonkotsu Ramen at HiroNori, and it was absolutely flavorful and delicious. The broth had a rich, creamy depth that perfectly balanced with the noodles. The highlight was the chashu — thick, tender, and melted in the mouth with every bite. Pork buns were a bit soggy. Overall, an excellent ramen experience with authentic flavors. I’d definitely come again!

Ramen was nothing spectacular. The noodles were the saving grace.
The lady stated they charge a 16 percent fee to use cards but also dont take cash. I dont live in this state didnt really understand. Im assuming that includes their tips

It was our first time dining here after reading the great reviews, and it did not disappoint! We came to try the ramen and were impressed by both the flavor and quality. The customer service was warm and attentive, making the experience even better. We also loved the refreshing water infused with watermelon and pineapple — a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.

If you’re looking for delicious ramen near Santa Clara this is your new go to! The ramen has a creamy taste and delicious noodles and sides! Do not miss the spicy tuna appetizer or fried chicken appetizer to make your meal complete! Also make sure to get the thick noodles (you have your choice when ordering). While the bathroom could be nicer and there is only one the food is worth the trip!

Probably the best ramen I’ve had! Very nice staff, quick service. The tip is included automatically (which is great from my point of view). Really loved the place! And especially the food (I got the regular tonkotsu ramen and it was incredible!). Water is also nice (I don’t remember what exactly they add to it, but it was refreshing and nice to have this instead of regular tap water in other places). Definitely recommend everyone in the area!
