So you want 5 star food without the pretentious atmosphere? This place has got you covered. I’ve never been to a restaurant with a more laid back vibe. The lighting, the music, and the staff were all warm and inviting. The food was out of this world. Chef Limey really has something special going on in his kitchen. I came in town to attend my brothers wedding where HIR Gastro Lounge catered the event. The food and presentation was amazing ! Chef Limey, Nanette and staff were very professional and attentive to guest. Every dish was full of flavor and unique. Because it was so delicious I also went to have dinner to their restaurant before heading back to Florida. Very popular restaurant and worth visiting.

We’ve been wanting to check out this place for about a month and finally found a day we could go. The service was phenomenal, and everyone was so kind. We had the beef kofta and the crunch chicken. Both were great. I’m not usually big on quinoa, but this was amazing. All the flavors worked well together. We also ordered dessert, and it was to die for. What a perfect meal and atmosphere!!!

A hidden gem in North Georgia! What an absolutely amazing experience. I love the atmosphere here, relaxing, comfortable, classy but not pretentious. And the food – oh the food! I want to come back and try so many other dishes. The food is tasty, well portioned, and clean! The final touch is the service. We are so glad we decided to come here for my husbands birthday dinner! From the moment we walked in, we were enthusiastically greeted and welcomed. Food was really fresh and flavorful and came out fast. I got the cilantro lime chicken and my husband got the fish tacos. Really good and perfect portion size. The chef came by and spoke with us too. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was a fun experience and we will come back next time we are in Hiawassee!

A nice refreshing change for our area. I was born and raised here, and we’ve always lacked good restaurants! I moved out of town and have been wanting to try this restaurant when I came back to visit family. I must say it did not disappoint! I loved the atmosphere, the food was made fresh and was very tasty. Nothing from a can…..or pre-made. I had the coconut shrimp and it was the best I have ever had, no exaggeration. It’s a must try. Service was great. I was able to meet the owners. Husband and wife were very sweet and welcoming.
