My grandson and I visit the facilities on Friday, August 22, 2025 for the first time. We definitely will not be visiting again. The cashier was so rude, impatient, and most of all no customer service. He walked away with and expression on his face. Another cashier stepped up with a smile and completed my order with great customer service skills. I will not be going back to that location. In the past I have visited several and was treated as a customer should be treated. This is not the going to place to spend your money

The french fries taste like old leftovers, the potato salad was bland and nasty, the yams was alright and the chicken taste like lemon pepper but I ordered original. I do not recommend eating from this place.

I placed an order in person for 4 tenders and fries around 10 pm. 25 minutes later nothing was ready. I had to ask for a refund to go someplace else because it was extremely late and I do not have 25 minutes to be waiting for food at that time. Especially 4 tenders and fries. Do better please!

Just went to the Hip Hop Chicken on Branch Ave I purchased two 14 count Jumbo Shrimps box and it was horrible. The Shrimps it self was bad and smells like amonina I am sick to my stomach right now feeling bad from only eating 3 of them. Customer service is also horrible those 3 men are all on their personal cellphones and don’t even notices you when walking up to the window to order. This place should be SHUT DOWN!!!! I COMPLETELY WASTED $41 but never again.

3 straight DAYS that sandwich deal is crazy and good Food always come piping hot and it’s good the tenders and fries those tenders must be HENS so big but so good the 4 piece is good 6 you’ll be full and may save somethin left REMEMBER. the bread is under all the food! I was mad didn’t see it till I was done last time. No atmosphere just come and goservice is ok but lack understanding.
