The staff was nice and the service was good too. We didn’t like the food as it didn’t taste like Indian food. The Rohan josh had more of tomato based gravy and lacked the Indian flavors. They didn’t had lamb appetizer we asked for so we changed it to shish kabob which also lacked in Indian taste and flavor. The garlic naan was good and the quantity of rice which comes with entree was also good.Their mango lassi was good too. We would try other Indian restaurants over this.

Very friendly folks . We sat outside and were served very quickly. The tandoori fish and chicken 65 was awesome so was their freshly baked naan. It was also a treat to see trains and engines if you are a train lover like me. I snapped a video of it too.

The staff are really nice and the food was good, but not amazing. The garlic naan was really good. The sampler appetizer wasn’t great. The food was dry and didn’t seem fresh. The chana masala and tofu curry were good but not the flavors I’m used to for those dishes. They were more tomato based and not very flavorful. Maybe it’s because we got mild. I would go again and try different dishes but there are so many amazing Indian restaurants around that I would choose first.

The food was good, but the service was so bad (rude) I won’t be back. We had a party with 5 adults and 2 kids. The seating they gave us was awkward with a square and circle table pushed together. The waiter/owner kept making inappropriate jokes with my kids. Service throughout the dinner was lacking – we were just lucky we didn’t need much. But the clincher was when I showed them my legit coupon for the place, the owner looked at it and said very rudely, “No, I don’t know that. not taking that” and stormed off to the front to sit at his post. It was so rude my jaw was on the floor. I’ve never been addressed so rudely at any restaurant before. Wow. Even if I had shown him a crayon drawing of a coupon, he did not need to be so rude. Of course, it was even more annoying that my coupon was legit so I was also out the extra $.

This place has really good food. It’s my favorite Indian restaurant. The reviews on this place are a bit harsh because of the service. The kids that work here keep the waters filled but my alcoholic beverage (the one I care about) was empty for a while. I still think it’s a family restaurant that deserves 5 stars and a higher rating.

My family and I have been coming here for years even when they moved. Never again! We had to pick our seat and have been ignored the entire time. We waited almost 20 minutes for drinks. The owner would come over and as soon as we say “we’re ready to order”, we would walk away and serve other people. We had to order our appetizers and our meals all at once because we didn’t know if he would ever come back. Then getting our appetizers took forever! Other people came before us and got served faster than us and we’re a table of four and table of five or six was in and out before we could get our dinner?! My father, my fiancé, and I got our food and my mother (who waited 1 hour and a half)didn’t get her until after we asked for boxes (We literally just ordered take out!) My father got mad and walked out because he asked another waiter to get the owner who kept ignoring us after the request. But the problem escalated when he came over to give us the To-go boxes and thrown them on top of our food. But y’all can clean up the table quicker than you serve us! My family and I refuse to come back. If they even want us to come back the service has to be better than today! This was pure garbage!

Food was great along with great customer service. Great location in Chamblee area. A-lot of food given for the main dishes which is great for leftovers. My husband & I shared one of the main chicken dishes for lunch & we still left with a-lot of leftovers.

Nice hidden gem in downtown Chamblee. We came around 9pm on the Thursday. We walked down the strip of restaurants and this was the only place still serving food. The menu is huge and neither one of us is familiar with the names of many Indian dishes so we asked the servers for their recommendations. They recommended two dishes. We got a lamb curry and another lamb dish. Both came with Naan and rice. We enjoyed both dishes. I liked the curry more but my friend liked the other lamb dish more. We both loved the Naan. We tired half garlic and half Cheese. We would definitely go back. We spent about $25 each (including tip).

The server was not helpful at all! He was very pushy and impatient (the menu explained nothing for people unfamiliar), and we felt that we were an inconvenience asking questions. The garlic and the onion were flavorless, but the rest of the food was amazing!
