I ordered a basic black small coffee and breakfast sandwich.
Coffee was lukewarm, and that’s pushing it.
Most people like hot coffee.
All for $10.
Breakfast sandwich was dead cold in the middle.
Workers seemed frazzled and out of place. Almost a lost look on their face.
Won’t come back, unfortunately. I do like bigby but this location really put a rough start to my day.

To be asked every single time if you wanna tip is so unprofessional! I actually love tipping! but to be asked! for it to be expected! It was my first time trying, I had a frozen white chocolate. It was sweet but not too sweet, and I could still taste the coffee. I grabbed this and a sandwich while traveling. It was a nice pick me up and that did not leave me disappointed.

I love it here and the people who work here! I feel bad even posting this. However, every time I go now, they verbally ask me if I want to tip the Batista’s. Which I often do, but I don’t want to be verbally asked every time I buy a coffee. Please get something you can stick out the window. I don’t think I should have to tip for every coffee I purchase ♀️

When ordering I forgot to pick a flavor for my Build Your Own Blast. Instead of just picking one or canceling my door dash, they either remembered or checked my last orders to see my usual. They sent me my normal flavor on the side, just in case, for me to add on my own. Thank you so much to the employee that did that! They even wrote a note on my receipt to let me know I had forgotten to pick one. Great service!

We don’t get coffee out much, but we hadn’t had it this day, so we swung in. I got the hot Butter Bear, and my husband got the hot Mint Mocha lattes and both were quite delicious! Cashier was friendly and drinks were served quite quickly!
