This is hands down my go-to spot for Indian food in Harrisburg. The portions are generous, the flavors are bold and authentic, and the quality is consistently top-tier. I’ve tried multiple places in the area, and none even come close to this level.

One of my favorite restaurants!! The food here is amazing, the workers are super kind and friendly, and the atmosphere is super cute and calming. The one waitress (I believe her name was Nemma) is an absolute dear!! She was super accommodating and nice! I would absolutely recommend going here, and I am personally planning going again.

Steamed Momo dumplings, good variety even in the chowmain combo, medium heat full of flavors. Large crispy roti made from atta. Rich Mango yogurt drink. Sports on TV, nice table arrangements. Sunday has lunch dinner whole options on line up. Takeouts in 15+ contender for warming up winter days

I’m updating my review today because, after many loyal years, I’m not a happy customer. I completely understand the pressures restaurants are facing these days—rising costs, changing markets, the whole storm. I don’t mind paying a higher price for a good meal, but I do expect a meal that feels whole, not skimpy.

We ordered dinner on 12/5/2025: Lamb Chops and Chicken Tikka Masala. The chicken dish came with only five pieces—five small, one-inch cubes—for $17. The lamb chops were even more disappointing: four pieces, but one had no meat at all. Realistically, it was three lamb chops and a lonely bone.

This is disheartening because this place has been my favorite Indian restaurant for at least six years—my go-to spot, the one I always recommended to friends. And to be clear: the flavor is still wonderful, the presentation still warm and inviting. But details like these are what push loyal customers away.

It pains me to say it, but next time I’m craving Indian food, I’ll be browsing a little longer. This restaurant just isn’t what it used to be, and it truly hurts to admit that. I won’t change my star ratings because I still think this is a very good restaurant and we are it’s community they just need to understand that as a customer we also have demands when buying food at a restaurant and we want our money’s worth.

This is a very nice restaurant we order take out very often . My only criticism would be prices vs portions but that’s another conversation. My parents never had Indian cuisine before and I will introduce them by ordering from this restaurant. Don’t let the low stars reviews deter you from ordering from this place. The food is superb and, yes, staff can be different as we Americans sometimes think we deserve to be treated like kings every where we go but this place has a very good customer service, since I have been ordering from here (around 5 years) I never had a complain or an issue with service . Food is always fast , warm and very flavorful. Unless you are Gordon Ramsey but then you will have an issue with every single place you go and not just this place. In the pictures shows 4 pieces of chicken (there were 5) but al same size . And a picture of the lamb chops you can clearly see the one missing the meat and the size overall (they have become smaller over the years they used to be bigger somehow)

There was no one else in the restaurant except for us, so it’s hard to really judge the service, but our waitress was friendly, helpful, and checked on us appropriately.
I loved the food. It was a new experience for me, but I am so glad I tried it. I had the curry chicken and Kathmandu chicken. I got medium heat and mild heat, respectively. I thought the medium heat was perfect. I wished we got at least medium heat on Kathmandu chicken but I was sharing and my friend was nervous about the spice.
I love the dishes that the food comes out in, and even the small details like having real table clothes.
I will definitely be back!

My wife and I (vegetarian) get take-out here every Friday. We live out of town, but, I work in the city. Sometimes we get the same dish for consecutive weeks. They taste the same over-all but we could taste little differences within the same dish. The food is “eye-rolling with an M’mm sound”. We tried every Vegetarian Entree’ and we love it all! Outright delicious. And the gobi 65 is street legal. Tastes like the Gobi 65 came straight off a food truck that knows. Prices are where they should be. Best Indian we have found on the west and east shores. I am now considering eating there twice a week. Oh, and the staff are good to go. My wife and I are “grateful”.

This place is absolutely amazing and the food was fresh and well kept. The vibes in here are just great. The waitstaff were amazing and attentive to our needs. We ordered the buffet for dinner and I was not disappointed. They have a lunch buffet from 11am to 3pm and a dinner buffet from 4:30pm to 9pm. The buffet is only on Sunday. The food ranged from mild to very spicy. Just ask the staff and they will help you select items off the buffet to fit your tastes. If ordering individually you choose your spice level. We watxhed food not from the buffet come out and the portions were huge and very generous. This is going to be a regular spot when we pass by or come to town.

Tried a variety of dishes but was disappointed overall. Both the lamb curry and salmon curry used the exact same sauce, creamy, overly sweet, and lacking depth. Besides the difference in meat, the taste was 100% identical, which is unacceptable for two distinct dishes. It felt like a generic tikka masala base was used for both, which should’ve been clearly mentioned while ordering.

The lamb sukuti was just fried meat with barely any spices or flavor. Jhol momo and chicken sakuwa were okay, but nothing memorable.

Also, I had clearly asked over the phone to include paper plates, spoons, forks, and napkins, but none were provided. I had to make a separate trip to the store just to get basic utensils — very inconvenient and careless.

Overall, not a great experience, food lacked authenticity, and the service was disappointing.
