Food is decent but GODFORBID you ask the boy (not worth calling a man due to poor customer service and attitude in general) with the curly hair ponytail and glasses and the short lady with poorly dyed pink hair with glasses and facial piercings who worked today, September 4th, around 4-5pm, to do their job that they are hired to do…you will be an inconvenience….the boy (once again, not worth calling a man) I encountered yesterday around the same time. I asked if they were going to prepare additional nugget counts, (primarily because I had finished an intense class and was starving and was hoping they were preparing to make additional food in addition to the ONE, old cold box of 8 nuggets that was available.) He said with the loudest sign ever..”we could make more…” hinting that he genuinely did not feel like it. Being from the service industry, understanding, and on a tight schedule, I let it go, settled for the old food, and moved on. Fast forward to today, I did not mind seeing the same individual (hoping maybe he would be in a better mood) but having to not only deal with his lazy attitude AGAIN, now I had to deal with him and a female ten times worse and they are LOUDLY mocking students about the way they speak and it is absolutely unacceptable. I had arrived when another individual had be already been waiting 10 minutes for fries, just to get lied to by the pink haired lady who 10 minutes prior informed him that “it would be ready in 5 minutes” just to turn around and barely begin making fries due to her negligence…from a Chick-fil-a standard point…they are truly ruining the business and franchise and deserve to be let go since asking them to perform a simple task within their job description is an inconvenience. Extremely distasteful….

Love the chicken, and frozen lemonades. Usually great service. Though, my last visit was not. They gave me a cracked cup, & the frozen lemonade leaked out all over my car. I returned to the location gave them the cracked cup. I was given a new cup, but not a new frozen lemonade. I wouldn’t have minded, but half of the drink leaked out in my car cupholder!

I ordered food for my girlfriend and her coworkers last Thursday night. Had to drive to El Paso to drop it off. When I finally get there, I have everything but my girlfriends sandwich. So that sucked. I immediately called the establishment and spoke with the gentleman who bagged my items. He apologized and put my name in their “system” so I could come back and get my refund within 30 days. Being an reasonable guy I accepted and came back tonight. Not only did they make me wait unnecessarily long, but eventually told me I would not be receiving either a sandwich or a refund. You would think my future service with this company would be worth one sandwich. Thanks for wasting my time and making me look like an a$$ showing up without all the food.

All my friends would constantly talk about how amazing Chick-fil-A is so I went to try it out. It ended up being more like Fake-fil-A. The buns were soggy, the chicken itself seemed like fake chicken to me and was rubbery. I am definitely turned off of Chick-fil-A now and not sure how people can like these sandwiches.

Ok SO…..first of all this is basically a chick fil A EXPRESS on the campus. They have the very basics, but by No means the full menu. Sandwiches, fries, and nuggets. That’s basically it. No grilled items, no Mac N Cheese, no Kale salads. That being said, it’s still Chick Fil A standards. They still go to Atlanta to train how to do it properly. They are upholding the Chick Fil A name well.

Apparently salad doesn’t come with dressing anymore because the window was confused when I asked for “extra” I guess because they didn’t put any at all. They made the portion size smaller and no fork either.
