Waited 2 hrs for delivery even after ringing to complain about the wait after an hour and half. My address is only a 5 minute drive from shop. When food came chicken was extremely dry and tough and side dish was Luke warm. Unfortunately I would not use again. Customer service definitely needs to be improved so does food quality. Delivery times definitely need to be improved on or accurate time scales give . I was given the excuse their system was down but it was working fine to except orders and confirmation. Looking at reviews off others this seems to be the norm which is unfortunate as I like to support local businesses

Every time I order, delivery is always an hour and half to two hours and I live up the road so don’t get this then if I call to ask I’m met with bad attitude , simply don’t understand why it’s so long you don’t sit in a restaurant and wait two hours for food ? So rude staff poor service and delivery. So last time for me along with family and friends! Also people say how nice the food is, it’s aravage. try Raj kitchen the best in Swansea!!

Delivery was over an hour late, the omelette tasted like water and I ordered a tandoori butter chicken but was delivered a korma, was it a mistake? No the tandoori butter chicken is the red chicken in korma sauce. Got my refund and won’t be ordering again.

Bang average. Food delivered within the hour. My Maharaja tasted like a bhuna with added garlic, and the butter chicken was a korma. The chicken was tough. It’s a bog standard curry house, if you want something above average don’t go here. It’s not bad, but personally, I wouldn’t go there again. I like to get what I ordered, not a that’ll do!!

This place is disgusting curry tasted of water (which was poured over food ) kabab had next to no meat!! Soggy onion Bahjis ,When told the attitude was awful. 30 quid not even fit for a dog!!! AVOID as didn’t get a replacement or refund.
