They have pretty high quality things for such a small place. The pastries are beautiful. Brandy helped us and she had great recommendations and answered questions well. Super personal. And the pastries were incredible and exactly how she described them to be. Intend on coming tomorrow to try their coffee.

Our yearly trip to Hilton Head is always full of exploring new places and hunting for top-notch pastries. Hilton Head Social Bakery South Island was a wonderful surprise! My husband and I loved it so much that we made it our final stop on our last morning. The pastries are absolutely to die for — rich, fresh, and beautifully made. I loved them all but the strawberry and cream cheese brioche was probably my favorite. We even bought some tarts to enjoy later in the day. While they do serve lunch, we visited right when they opened for breakfast. The coffee was excellent, too. If you’re visiting Hilton Head, this bakery is a must. They also have a location in Shelter Cove!

This is an oasis for coffee lovers. I’ve been living in the USA for 5 months, and I’ve spat out more coffee than I can remember. Here, they serve real coffee, with plenty of options to choose from. The food is also incredible, super tasty and fresh. This is one of the best coffees I’ve had in this country so far. Congratulations! An absolutely recommended gem!

What a hidden gem! Delicious bakery right in the heart of Hilton Head Island. Everything we had reminded me of being in Paris! Very nice flow with TONS of desserts, pastries and savory quiches! I had the andouille sausage/veggie quiche (10/10), we had the banana bread pudding (can’t remember name), almond chocolate chip croissant, and three different lattes. The fave was the banana chocolate! Wow to everything! Amazing stuff. They have nice outdoor seating too and high chairs 🙂

Really great high end desserts. We tried the peach tart (great crust and filling), almond croissant (really crispy and a lot of chew, wish it had more filling though), carrot cake (fancy version, pretty mild spiced carrot flavor), Kouign Amann (very tasty and caramelized, but strong cinnamon flavor rather than strong butter flavor), and ultimate chocolate bonbon (very good but almost too rich). We tried the bacon potato quiche as well which was nice.

My wife and I came across this small French bakery after having lunch in the Sea Pines Resort at Coast dining by the Sea restaurant. This French bakery specializes in many different styles of tarts. My wife ordered a blueberry tart that had the largest blueberries on it I’ve ever seen. I ordered the Chocolate Lovers tart Rich chocolate face with silky chocolate mousse dollop on top in indescribably delicious and a Coffee flavored Eclair. Three coffee beans home the top of the eclair or actually chocolate, eclair was everything in eau Claire should be. The offerings were beautiful and varied most staff are very friendly and accommodating the bakery had a small butt will appointed dining area. This is definitely a must see for dessert if you’re in the area

Luckily, I live just across the road from this terrific bakery, so I get to visit often during our short visit. We stopped in on the first day for a couple of sandwiches and returned three times during in about six days. The entire menu is delicious and I recommend even what I have not tried.
The favorites have been the classic fruit tart, blueberry and lemon citron, and the almond croissant. You’re also always going to have me on your side if you put banana on the menu so a chocolate and banana croissant is at the top of my list.
