You’ve the choice of either white rice or Injera- I asked what injera was for you. It’s a flat bread that has the flexibility of a tortilla and the lightweight texture of a fluffy pancake, it tastes like sourdough bread! GET IT
Additionally, your choice of multiple teas including chai, naked juice, water, soda and baked items- muffins, croissant, and sweet breads

Delicious! I can’t believe the Hennepin County Government Center cafe has such beautiful, exciting, healthy food! Two of the three salads are actually gluten free, as are both entree bowls if one chooses rice instead of bread.
