Ordered 2 of the appetizer sampler and it was packaged well and really good. All the sauces were in there too and they gave a big ranch. Would like to try more

This was a very disappointing order. The wings were not fresh and all the sauces were dumped on top, making everything soggy instead of properly given in sause cups.
The food is not eatable, I had to throw the entire order in the trash. This was a total waste of money.
On top of that, my order was incomplete — I did not receive the 3 Spicy Chicken Dippers or the Cheddar Cheese Curds that I paid for. There were also no dipping sauces included at all, despite being part of the order.
This was clearly not prepared fresh and shows a lack of quality control. For the price, this experience was unacceptable. I expect either a refund or proper resolution.

Our server was nice, and service was just fine, the manager came up and asked us how it was going, so that was nice, but the ultimate sampler was a little small, and the onion rings were something special…

It was pretty loud. We were almost the last customers of the day. The music playing over the intercom was particularly loud.
My food portion was somewhat small. Kind of Flavorful but not significantly so. I had Street Tacos.
Now that chocolate caramel drizzled martini was out of this world.

Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The size of the location was perfect, and the outdoor patio was a nice touch. The staff was very accommodating, and the atmosphere was great. Food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.

All in all we were disappointed. Server had just gotten a 20 top. We stood until someone finally walked up and said sit where you like. Sat there for quite a while until the young man that had the 20 top asked if he could take our order. Saw several other servers and bartenders that could have offered to help the guy, he had a great attitude even though he was way overwhelmed. Food was decent, runner brought out food without silver, never had anyone else ask if we needed anything. It appeared a few more waitstaff came in close to 6:00. I think I would go elsewhere based on this experience… booths were in pretty bad shape, could have actually snagged clothing, again rough experience overall. Does corp BWW ever get out to see what’s going on? Perhaps more $ on staff and upkeep and less on cool commercials?

We came here doing the UFC fight (never seats available) and Jenny the outside bartender was working basically alone, we got some seats on the beach chairs all the way out back and she took care of us so amazingly! She went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and getting us all our food and drinks while also running all out necessities!
She was truly amazing and did everything for us!
