Great place for brunch. The menu has a lot of innovative takes on classics that are still approachable. Highly recommend the Fried Chicken Sandwich with the peach honey and the Spanish Tortilla. Owner and staff were very pleasant and you can really tell they’re trying to build someplace special. Excited to try more of their menu and see this place grow.

This morning I was looking for a good, healthy breakfast, and I came across a place called Hillstone Café. I remember when this spot used to go by a different name, but I decided to stop in and give it a try.
As soon as I walked in, the ambience caught my attention — very nice, cool, and relaxing. The atmosphere felt genuinely pleasant. The waiters and waitresses were professional, polite, and welcoming.
When my daughter and I sat down and ordered our food, I was impressed right away. The dishes looked absolutely delicious. I was stunned by the presentation, and the taste was just as amazing as it looked.
Overall, this is a great place to eat, unwind, and escape from the outside world for a bit. I’ll definitely be returning.

Sebastian and his partner were amazing this morning! My wife and I came in for the first time for breakfast and our plates were a little cool , but they made everything right from the start ! The service was exceptional and would recommend this cafe all day long ! Thank you for the great service and food was amazing!
