The food overall was pretty good, the service was not awesome but they did everything expected. We got the açaí bowl, lemon poppyseed muffin and breakfast fries. The açaí bowl was amazing!!! Lemon poppyseed was great too but the breakfast fries were kinda flavorless but nothing ketchup couldn’t fix.

The biscuits are fantastic. Very flavorful, yet not greasy at all. The hot chicken was spot on for a breakfast chicken. The only issue I had was that it could have been warmer temperature wise, as it seemed a little cool when served. Great place though.

Absolutely amazing! Second time I’ve eaten here! I got the Açaí Bowl shown below! A side of biscuits and gravy and my partner had the War Memorial! Everything was phenomenal!

Friendly wait staff and warm cozy atmosphere along with delicious food make Hillcrest Little Bakery a wonderful little gem in the list of local eating places in Little Rock. It’s a little bit like eating in your grandma’s kitchen. Breakfast is our favorite… Omelettes are wonderful and biscuits are ginormous.

Decided to treat myself to a quiet breakfast, enjoy some kindle reading time & so glad I finally got to try this great little spot today! It’s a cozy locale, not a lot of seating but they were very efficient & speedy, seemed to have a pretty steady pick-up business in addition to us eating in. I enjoyed my Hot Springs chicken & hubby did as I shared my leftovers later at home – that’s a lot of food! I really wanted to love the Fancy Biscuit but it was lacking a little “wow”. I do need to remember & ask for them to separate the components next time but that was on me for not paying attention. The iced coffee with vanilla, homemade pop tarts & blueberry muffin (brought baked treats home for breakfast tomorrow, but HAD to sneak a nibble) were also perfectly flavored & prepared. Will be back! The service was super speedy & efficient – definitely enjoyed it & look forward to going back for more menu tries!

Might have been the best biscuit I’ve ever eaten. I had the BEC, wife had the UPTOWN, biscuits and gravy covered a over medium eggs. She wanted the biscuit recipe when we left. I inhaled my food.

If you have not visited here, you are missing out! Outstanding service, great location, good prices but all fall short to the amazing flavor. I’ve yet to have something there I did not like. And the owner is the kindest. Go check it out!

Best breakfast we’ve had out in a long time. They are very popular but it’s totally worth the wait in line. We had the Hot Springs breakfast, I highly recommend it if you love a classic breakfast with a spicy twist. To sum it up they have fiendly service, great food and unique pastries.

This time we tried the Bananas Foster Pancakes and the Acai bowl. Both were beautiful and super delicious! We finished it off with a turtle mini cheesecake which are my favorite. We love coming here and the staff is always friendly!
