Decent comfort food. Breakfast buffet is not bad. Thick bacon, sausage, eggs, grits, fresh fruit bar etc Mybsteamed carrots with my pot roast could have been softer but other I’d reccomend the buffet. Loved the friendly service and and wood cabin like atmosphere. My kids liked the sign for the gender affirming bathroom with all the funny symbols on it. Will be back sometime

Outstanding! Service here from the time you step in the door to the time your seated is amazing. Such nice people!. This was our first time here and won’t be our last. Food was amazing. The beer cave, which if you haven’t experienced is awesome. To be able to pour your own beer as little or as much as you want, to try or to drink is such a great idea! If you are in the area and your wife says “i dont know, or I dont care” when asked what to eat, do yourself a favor and pull in and enjoy this great restaurant. You both will leave happy.

It’s a cut above your typical down-home but restaurant. I wanted to give it five stars just on the atmosphere alone, but they just need to step it up a notch. I had fantastic pot roast, but the carrots were undercooked and I thought there’d be the typical pot roast braised vegetables served with it. Some items I would have tried were a little too high-priced in my opinion. Vegetable soup was good but they didn’t need to thicken it. The self-serve beer cave is always a great idea. We didn’t experience any glitch in service but we witnessed two incidents that could have been handled better. I’d definitely go again and I’m looking forward to trying other featured offerings like creamed chicken over biscuits, meatloaf, and the cheese steak sandwich.

What an awesome discovery! Hillbilly’s is the restaurant several friends have raved about, and now I completely understand why. The moment you pull into the parking lot, your dining journey begins. The seasonal decorations on the exterior and throughout the inside are an instant mood-setter, creating a vibe that’s welcoming as well as charming.
The interior has that perfect “down-home” feel that immediately assures you the food will be spectacular. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was a magnificent spread of all the high-quality, home-cooked comfort food I expected, plus some fantastic surprises. The fresh, made-to-order omelet station was a wonderful touch!
The staff operates like a finely oiled machine, friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to a seamless dining experience. My visit was made even more special when I was invited to tour the upstairs bar and entertainment area. To call it unique is an extreme understatement; it’s a massive, wonderfully creative space!
The true highlight was meeting Jim, the owner, who personally introduced himself. His pride is in the restaurant is immediately evident! He didn’t just provide a quick tour, he offered genuine insight into his commitment to using only the highest quality, best food available in the restaurant. It’s incredibly evident that Hillbilly’s is a cherished institution with a great standing in the community. With well-known comedians soon to grace their stage, the entertainment is set to be just as high-quality as the cuisine.

Food was amazing and reasonably priced. We got the pretzel and the fries. Large portions and great flavor. Then I had the german brat and my daughter had the peroges. So so good. And the waitress was spectacular. Her name started with a J but I misplaced my receipt. Anyway, as you are cruising down the turnpike, pull off the 0.2 miles and grab a bite. You will thank me.

I’d leave this place a 6/5 if I could. From the cozy more intimate dining rooms, to amazing comfort foods that give you that “I’m happy and full” feeling. The atmosphere is amazing with a rustic cottage feel. Parking is a little tight and it seems popular, but it’s worth finding that parking space!

What a wonderful place to eat. We had a fantastic breakfast, the portions were huge, very delicious and the waitress was phenomenal. Very pleasant and very attentive. The place was decorated for Christmas and so beautiful. We will be back!!!!

Cute little rustic restaurant! The service was great our waitress was prompt and friendly. Food was served quickly and we were checked on frequently. I got the crispy Caesar salad and it was a good size portion for the price. Will definitely return when we are in the area again!

I stopped in Saturday morning for the breakfast buffet for the first time, even though I’m a local, and had a great experience. Our server, Chrissy-Jo, was amazing. I’ve actually had her as a server at another restaurant she previously worked at, and her service is just as outstanding as I remembered.
She was professional, attentive, and very friendly. I never had to ask for refills because she was always on top of it. She was also very knowledgeable about the weekly events and specials and took the time to explain the lunch menu while we were deciding between the breakfast buffet and lunch. She made everything very clear and easy for us.
I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her again. If you stop in, I highly recommend requesting Chrissy-Jo—her service is top tier!

Awesome themed restaurant and bar! A must go to when in the area! The beer cave with self-serving taps is a great way to try multiple beers without committing to drinking just one kind. The burgers are excellent as well!
