Stopped in to try the Hangover Noodles to get a break from Americana food. I was presently surprised by how incredible this was! Not your typical bar food offering, but I would come back to Door County for this again!! I really appreciated the option to add a 2nd soft boiled egg. They also have a painkiller cocktail on the menu, and that’s one of my fave drinks that I don’t see too often. Very casual, quaint and comfortable bar scene.

My husband and I came out to Door County to get away for our anniversary. We checked this place out before we left and it was so good! Glad we stopped. Great food, big portions, awesome service, and super chill atmosphere. Would highly recommend and would for sure come back again.

Yummy good! Cool atmosphere. No wait on a Friday at 6pm! Small menu and NO SUBSTITUTIONS! They don’t have ketchup. But it’s their thing! The food is fast and yummy and a relaxed atmosphere for kids. I’d come again, but hard with food allergies! The burger was delicious! My kids liked the grilled cheese.

After a long hike my friends and I stopped at Hill Street for dinner. I had the Kurgan Burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The ingredients blended perfectly with each other and the seasoned fries were excellent as well. I wanted to take some time to write what an excellent experience I had at Hill Street and how much I enjoyed their food.

We went here last Friday night after taking a Door County Ghost Tour. We did so because the website said they served food and drinks till 2AM. Now this wasn’t even close to 2AM but it was probably 10PM, and if you know anything about Door County everything basically shuts down after 8PM. Which we know which I why we decided to try this place because of what the website said they offered food, and yes, technically there is food available to you late night, but it’s a very small menu, limited options, basically bar food. We got the Mexican Street Corn dip which was absolutely delicious. Not a dinner worthy meal, but for bar food it was really good. Drinks were standard fair, but good. The service was great. Despite acting a little annoyed that two people walked in at 10:00, I also work in the restaurant business so I get it. You almost had an empty bar, and now two more people when you want to try to close up, that being said the bartender was kind and courteous and served us well. I would 100% go back for the Mexican street corn dip, (I’ll probably be dreaming about it, it was so good).. and maybe next time we will show up earlier for dinner. It’s only a four star review for the food because if you are going to offer a late night food menu or say you do on your website, at least offer a bit more than what your offering. Something that could be considered a meal, or state on the website limited bar menu after a certain time but open for drinks till 2AM.

Upon arriving in Fish Creek we noticed Hill Street, we stumbled upon a charming venue boasting an outdoor bar and dining area with downtown views. The facility was equipped with TVs for watching sports, including Packers games. Following check-in at our short-term rental, we returned for a delectable dinner, basking in the pleasant atmosphere on a beautiful evening. Our servers displayed exceptional cordiality and a commitment to service, collaborating to ensure all patrons received outstanding attention, despite the hectic fall festival weekend, which extended into Sunday night. The generous portions warranted consideration of sharing. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

We ended up here when the popular place across the street was so busy we couldn’t get in. This will be our new go-to as the food, service and atmosphere were so enjoyable! They have a unique variety of menu options and put a delicious spin on ordinary food items. I ordered the grilled cheese which came with a sauce that was so delicious and my husband said the burger was excellent. The lone bartender kept the drinks served and took the food orders efficiently and cordially. The guests were friendly and the bartender had a great sense of humor. Will definitely be back!!

Came in 2nd time 11/25/24 and had specials..rum punch and spagetti w meatballs & cheesy garlic bread. All very well done. Imo the sauce and meatballs were just a touch over seasoned.. let the food flavor shine thru!
Definitely recommend..especially in off season. For us its the week of thanksgiving and a lot of door dining is shut down.

We’ve been hearing good things about Hill Street and tried this place for the first time. Loved it! Excellent food and a comfortable atmosphere with a good vibe. The food was very fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I had grilled cheese with a cup of tomato bean soup that must have just been made from scratch. Yum!! We sat outside and enjoyed watching the Fish Creek scene parade by on a beautiful fall afternoon. About the “no subs, no mods, no ketchup” approach to the menu…it’s strangely liberating! If you go wanting great food in a nice setting and trust that they know what they are doing, you will be totally fine. This freedom from endless menu variation translates into faster service too. We will be back!
