I placed an online order this week for delivery. When the pizza arrived it wasn’t what I ordered. I called the Donatos store and they informed me they made it according to the ticket they received. I offered to send them a screenshot of the email I got that showed what I ordered so they could see the problem was on their end. We wanted them to send us the correct pizza but they wouldn’t do that and only offered to refund my money which I finally agreed to. One of the ingredients on the pizza was bell pepper which I’m highly allergic to so we couldn’t salvage the pizza at all and it went into the garbage.
About 15 minutes later they called back and said they couldn’t give me a refund but would instead give me store credit, but I would have to order by phone and then pick up the pizza.
Sorry but I found their solution to be dissatisfactory as I didn’t intend to buy any more pizza from this Donatos again. I will make one more purchase so that I can at least get my money out of of this fiasco. Very, very poor customer service.

This was the second time in the last month. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. The order was for the pizza to have an olive oil base. Each time it had red sauce. For a pizza to have tomato sauce for someone who is allergic is a big mistake on your part. It simple read the order ticket!!!

You’re better off grabbing food from a garbage can than order from this place. Rude customer service, cardboard pizza and they use door dash to deliver your food; which means there’s only a 15% chance it even makes it to you.

obviously management has given up on quality and refuses to do a thing about the burnt pizza issues which also means this will be the last time you ever get business from this household ironically last review was removed bet this one will be too why cause they are incompetent and need protecting from theyre failures i know of nobody who enjoys charcoaled pizza or being ripped off on horribly made food im sure corporate will enjoy the feedback you keep deleting

The team at the Donatos, under the leadership of Brian, did an incredible job preparing pizzas for our recent large catering order. We could not be more impressed. He was easy, quick and concise with all the communication leading up to the event. When we arrived to pick it up, all the pizzas were ready, fresh and hot, with easy boxes for transporting as well as plates and napkins. We could not recommend them enough, and had an easy Friday night thanks to their hard work.
