Was so good took the guy 10 minutes and a large pepperoni pizza was ready all the way to the apartment and was still warm, bravo wish I would have caught his name I will definitely be back

Donatos is very tasty and they seem to be the only chain that knows the appropriate amount of pepperoni to put on a pie. There was a problem with my online order and they fixed it quickly and cheerfully. If you are looking for a great chain pizza, this is the place.

If I could give a half star I would. Buyer beware. We called the local shop for delivery. Their delivery is Door Dash. Well, we didn’t know that and was charged for the Dasher. Once the Dasher picked up the order it took over an hour to get here because he got pulled over. Needless to say our Pizza and sub was cold and we never received our salad. He was rude and would not produce are receipt. We called the local shop to complain and they didn’t do anything about it. They did remake the food but we had to go pick it up ourselves. They didn’t offer any refunds for their mistake. We will NEVER order from Donatos again.

My husband picked up pizza on Friday night, waited in line for an hour. As he got closer to the window, noticed that NONE of your employees were wearing a mask and not socially distancing!! This is absolutely insane, given the situation with covid19! We have reported this to Donato’s corporate and the Licking County Health Department. There is no excuse for such irresponsible behavior!!
